I know you like eggs omelette-d and I think I'm right in remembering that you don't like baked eggs but I wasn't sure where you stood on hard boiled eggs in a curry!
When Mr MWC announced that he was cooking egg curry, the thought didn't fill me with joy... however, it was delish

Sorry hun! Usually it has a great big wodge of *boeuf* stuck in it, but our veggie version relies on mushrooms - thank goodness for the mrM offer last week.........Used a beer from b&M, that was a 'mocha' beer - worked really well, and only cost 79p, so a relatively frugal dish :money::D
