  • Hi Greying, when you have some time and have reached a different place in your life - which we all know happens - why don't you consider writing a book. You have a beautiful writing style and messages, lessons which will appeal to many.

    I wish you well.

    Very best wishes, Tilly

I also just wanted to add my thanks, i have enjoyed reading your diary and picked up some wonderful tips on vegetarian foods. I love the way you change things round and how you made so few ingredients into something really special.

I even bought some black onion seeds and used them in dishes other than naan bread.

    Thanks again.
  • You'll be missed but you need to do what's right for you. Are you having a leaving party?
