That's really interesting to know. That would probably explain some. However I just seen an update on the video I saw on youtube. A former employee has come forward and confirmed in some details that staff create fake reviews and other practices are exposed. Shocking

Yep, I have also read that they actively ask for reviews by ringing people at home and constantly emailing.

Even BBC have covered this. Please search for "Fake five-star reviews being bought and sold online" BBC on google and you will find it.

I agree. All these threads about this company, often posted in by one time poster user accounts, should be removed from this site.
