I didn't think to upload them to earn 1p. I don't really use ClickSnap as I heard it's the same as CheckoutSmart and you can't use both. Anybody know if this is right?
Hi there
No thats not quite right. They are both the same company, but they both work. Not sure it should, but it does....
And also on that note. Do check that there arent any cash back items on the reciepts you womble before you bin them. I have found reciepts before where I can claim a £1 back just for finding the right reciept.
I normally now apply the following to any reciept I find
1) Can I womble points from the supermarket directly?
2) Has it got a value with one of the shopping apps if I upload it?
3) Does it have any value for cashback via the shopping apps in addition to the small amount they give you just for uploading.
Thats my master wombling tips for the day

Found 1 receipt yesterday which I uploaded to CoS, it said upload failed so I did it again and ended up getting 2p credited to my account.
It is worth persevering with all these things. Like with that shower gel, I couldnt get the cashback but you did. So good work." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

I have a few more to upload but I've reached my maximum upload for today. Will try again tomorrow. It's a shame it's only 1p per receipt unlike the usual 5p but still... Every little helps.
Cleaned one of the drawers in the study and food 12 empty ink cartridges. Checked Tesco club card website and found I could claim 125 cc points for every cartridge or get paid for them (75p for the black and £1.50 for the coloured cartridges. Still haven't decided whether to go for the cash value or the cc points. Any thoughts Bob?
I think the others from the Elite thread that follow would say go for the clubcard points. Reason being, you can double those up for more ££.
However, if you want cash to pay things off now, then go for the cash. I think its a win/win situation really." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Hello all
I'm determined to get into wombling this month - Small started primary school today and had a whale of a time, so very pleased. After the full-on stress of moving house, closely followed by the summer holidays , I booked myself a massage to help relax and get back onto an even keel. As I am Small's carer (he has a heart condition) I qualify for funding from a lovely local lady for treatments with a very good therapist. This lady remains anonymous through choice, but I wish I could thank her personally, as these sessions have made a massive difference to my well-being. Not sure if this counts as a womble, but it was free for me?
Also gathered enough plums from a tree in our orchard for crumble pudding tonight! Yum, yum :T0 -
2p on the street today.

I would count it. Definately. It's free to you which makes it a womble. I'm glad your son really benefits, she sounds wonderful." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

I went to the posher supermarket yesterdat. They are currently renovating their building, and have moved the store to a big tent next to the building. Their regular customers were sent 2 vouchers for 100 points each if the total of the shop was over € 20. The first voucher ended yesterday, so I was lucky to be in the store (I wasn't paying attention to the date....). I also handed in 4 wombled receipts worth 15, 8, 7 and 7 points, which took me over the 500 points' total needed for pay-out. I now have a €5 voucher to spend in the store.
I've also wombled goat's cheese, I just need to upload the receipt somewhere (I'm in Belgium, so it's no good for British womblers) for reimbursement, and found another few receipts with unclaimed points.
As mentioned above, I'm in Belgium, so no coinstar machines here. Hi Wombles
Just back from a little wombling trip. I am pleased with the results.
I was pleased to see the Mr T Piri Piri chicken breasts ( 2 of them) so 365g of meat reduced again from £4 to £1.40 In the YS section so I've nabbed those. Tommorows dinner. (£2.60 saving)
I got a pack of 10 cooked chicken slices (YS) for lunchboxes for 55p instead of £1.05 (50p saving)
350g of Cathedral City mature, which was on sale at £2 as an offer, took a further £1 off using a The Orchard coupon for £1. (Saving of £1)
I then walked on to Mr S where I immediately scored a £1.65 brand match outside the shop! Which I used to buy 9 Frubes at £1 & a lettuce for 60p.
I put a coupon for 100 nectar points through whilst paying as well.
Pretty pleased with that. Used tips and coupons to fund the shop.

No monetary wombles to report but picked a massive amount of cooking apples and have stewed it all down with some sugar for use later. I've frozen some and have some in the fridge to use in pies/crumbles. The damsons are ripening too - hopefully a bumper crop in a few weeks.0
