Had a good read through the first and last few pages........
Thought i'd got my first wombled nect@r points today, but alas too old.....but i'm on it
I too collect roadkill, work food leftovers - even wombled an unwanted walkears crisp packet from a colleague & won a free lunch!
Have recently moved house and downsized life (& salary) in general - but still need to enjoy life & save/overpay mortgage, as well as having one 0% cc left.
Won £2 on the quidco competition today and am re-signing up to as many survey sites as poss.
something else to consider is local loyalty schemes - our local garden centre is part of the Blue Diamond scheme and for 1 week every month you can have a free hot drink every day M-F that week - and you can have a card each. I also got a £5 voucher to spend in the xmas shop there - no minimum spend0 -
Hello lovely new people on the thread! Most of my wombles occur at work. It's a bit of a posh place, in the hospitality industry, and they will never let their clients go without. This usually means there are LEFTOVERS.
Today I work late (9 - 21 or 22) and I had the Receptionist call me if there were any business lunch leftovers, so that I could have them for dinner. There were lots! I had 2 small salads (whiskey tumbler size) and 4 luxury rolls for dinner, all wombledAre you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.590 -

Hi all good morning. Nice to know baby Bob is doing well and growing fast. I love babies, they're so adorable. The boys are doing well too. The eldest was over the moon yesterday because he had on offer from one of the unis in Edinburgh for September next year. Hopefully there will be more offers coming his way. He only submitted his UKAS application last week so there's plenty of time.
I haven't been to the shops since Monday (I'm doing much better with nsd's this week. Fingers crossed I can keep that up all throughout the month.). So not much receipt wombling done since then.
However, I went to my last sewing class for the year and my teacher let me have about 4 or 5 meters of fabric from their fabric bin. It's a nice fabric too (not sure what it's called) but I can probably make a dress and a simple top with it. There's also a smallish pink fabric which I could use to make bags or something else. I am over the moon. It's probably worth about £20 so quite a good womble.
Have a nice day folks. My tea breaks over so I need to go back to work."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -
I received my £125 for switching banks the other day, of which half has gone towards my debt. The other half has been set aside for a parking ticket that I got Sat morning which I don't think was my fault (bit of a long story but I hope I don't have to pay it).
Sorry about the parking ticket. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you don't have to pay for it.
Switching banks is one of mine and DH's next plan. We want to avail of the switching incentives and to look for accounts with more perks than just an account that merely holds the money for us."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -

I think so! I'm adding the £5 voucher that I've used today for free from my local garden centre
Starting to get the hang of things and had a good look today at my local sainsbobs, but it was too quiet and everything had been 'cleaned' up. Think I need to go when it's busier. Also a Tesc@ near work has 2 unattended self-serve tills, which I know have loads of receipts - WHY OH WHY have I never wombled them before???
On a helpful note, whilst you are all wombling at Mr T's - this months food mag has a voucher for 100 points for a £20 giftcard purchase (usually 150 points for a £50) - till the end of December. That's £4 in deals - buy them to give as presents or to use to buy pressies eg. we will use Argoss, ToysRuss etc0 -
Thanks firesidemaid that's a handy hint
The best wombling is when you find reciepts that have items on them that can be loaded onto the shopping apps. Sometimes you can end up with points and cash" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
