Good morning everyone. No pis today sorry, Lappie is packed read to go.

Looks like it is going to be a wet tourney down. We need to go via Sisters as well as she is having Lottie for us and a bit of company for her while we are away.

It's Grandaughters birthday she is 14 so a bit of a family tea tonight. Have got her a nice skirt and bits for her room and will get her a top while we are down there.

Will pop in when I can as the Internet is not good at DD's.

Love your pics Alfie. So pleased to hear the great day you had with your family. Love the New Forest. When ours were very young and we were having a picnic a pony came up too close and then kicked DH. He didn't do anything to provoke it.

Raining here again. Road resurfacing complete so end of traffic chaos.

We have GS coming for a sleepover tonight. We have been missing him but not the journey through traffic to pick him up from preschool a couple of days a week. DD has made other arrangements for him the days she works.

Leanfun, had to laugh at pony kicking your DH. My DH has that effect on swans they seem to hate him. We were staying in a caravan once and couldn't get out as family of swans were hissing at DH

Morning, still raining here.It hasn't stopped since yesterday. There wasn't a lot of fireworks last night, don't think they would have stayed alight with the rain.I went to our local Tesco's earlier and they have their christmas tree and decs up and all the christmas stock out.Blimey some people haven't had bonfire night yet..lol. I hope you all have a lucky day and stay dry.

Everyone had a good day?


Sun came out here at about 3pm so we dived out for a walk. It was really quite warm.
Have decided against Tenerife in December and booked 11 nights in March instead. Nearly missed a £40 off vouchercloud code! just checked at last minute. No charge on credit card either if I paid the balance which I did as will get Tesco points. So hard to remember everything. Won't get cashback though as I used a code.
Have cheered DH up anyway

Good morning everyone!

I hope you are all well.

It's a wet and blustery start to the weekend here





but hopefully will improve later on with the chance of the
sun actually appearing!

No doubt there will now be a zillion+ leaves that will need
raking up in the garden, will have to get out there and
carry on clearing them up, else we will be up to our
eyes in them! Unfortunately though they will be a tad
soggy!



It's so mild though .... means I save on the heating bills
until the colder weather kicks in. :j

Some of lovely family left yesterday to see son-in-laws
family before they wend their way home up North.
DS is staying on for a bit, then we are all getting together
again for Christmas and New Year, so not too long before
we see each other again. :j

Well done with booking the break sheils - sounds like a
lovely March get away!

Been bucketing down here and forecast looks like being the same until Wednesday! Glad we hadn't booked anything for this week.
