hope all is well,I am fine today I have had a good day,went out to Dawlish to meet friends for a coffee and had a walk with them,then came home for lunch,then went to Newton Abbot for a group,then went to Waitrose for a coffee and to get a nice shortbread for my pudding after tea which was a meat sandwich and crisps.

I also watched Eastenders and then Holby City and Ordinary Lies which was brilliant tonight as always.I brought Meghan Trainors album Title and its great listening to.

yes I was busy,didnt have time for a proper rest,only got an hour and a half before I had to go out again relaxed this evening though to make up for it
