Rose really feel for you in the cold and snow stil. Brr.

Here in London bright and sunny start to the day but it has been very windy the last few days.

The Ideal Home was some experience. I had not been for years and years and after being indoors for months everything seemed so bright there. My appointment was not till two so I had plenty of time to wonder around. I had a look around some of the show houses and then enjoyed some street food in the upper hall.
I felt really bad as I have not been to the hairdressers for ages as I walked into another section suddenly someone was in front of me asking could she straighten or curl my hair! Well I then had my hair sorted out and no hassle with not buying the Tongues.
Around the corner a young man said give me your hand and put cream on it and said would I like to sit down. I always do no to these things but it was a special day and I had gone to enjoy myself so I sat down. He put some cream under my right eye and hay presto the wrinkles were gone. He tried to sell me the expensive cream but I moved on. Downside I now have one side wrinkled other side smooth skin! Told a friend last night, who is into make up, she said what were you thinking of. She would not have moved until he had done the other side. She said where's you confidence gone.
People on Hammonds bedroom stand were great. They put the names in a pot to choose who would win and I was the only one who went back at three when they were to announce the winner. I had to sit down when my name was drawn. They showed me the other names to see it was above board. Then they took a photo of me with the two stylists. Hay hair looked good but not do sure about one sided face.
I went out smiling at everyone!

What a great day and all because I started comping and have taken full advantage of all the comps I'm interested in posted on here.
Still smiling today.

Been reading all your posts about weather and think I should stay here!
DD says it is bucketing down at home. Lovely and sunny here although still windy.

Good morning all. Weather is still very mixed here. Going out with DH soon as we will probably have GK's tomorrow and Friday.
