DD has just collected the 2 GK's but GD is staying in hospital overnight as she was feeling dizzy. They are discharging her tomorrow to go back to her own doctor for him to refer her for tests on her bowels so another few months to wait.

I have some in the garden as well firefly but havent planted any inside yet as with us being away soon I found it difficult to keep them alive last year while I was awy.

hope all is well,I have had a good day today,cleaned flat this morning and I did some ironing,then I went out to coffee group and chatted to friends.Came home and relaxed and watched my soaps.I also Watched The Ark and that was a good programme to see.

Good Morning,
Just popped in to say we are having a lovely time. Been a bit windy but mainly dry. Hoping to catch steam train to Whitby at 9.30 so had breakfast early. Lovely hotel here in Pickering.
Keeping up with everyones news. Sylvia - hope GD feeling better today.

Goodness went out to shop for some milk It is freezing and the wind and rain are getting up again. Didn't put gloves on and hands were like block of ice by the time I got back and shop is only across the road.

Had to laugh at your Mary Poppins moment fire**fly! I had visions of you flying up the hill!
DH took one of those big golf umbrellas to the football match last night and even though there was about 4 of them holding it down it still turned inside out! :rotfl:
It certainly was windy last night, kept waking me up!

Sheils, I hope it's not as windy in Whitby & Pickering as it is here Have a nice time. You're probably right not to drive there as there's still parking charges.

Sylvia, hope your GD is feeling a bit better today and can come out of hospital xx At least they are covering all aspects of what might be the cause. My niece had trouble for years with her bowel and at 16 had a type of pacemaker fitted that gets her bowel working properly again. She just goes to London hospital every yr to change battery but she is no longer in pain with it and no longer needs stoma bag. It's amazing what they can do nowadays.

How is the potty training going kitten? I bet your DD is looking forward to Easter

Right, I've sat here long enough so need to get some work done! I need to go grocery shopping too, when kids are off school they tend to eat more!
