It's certainly a windy day here today! We're supposed to be getting snow soon too! Noooooooo! Enjoy your time off work indie

Finally got a wem! (You must have brought some luck fire**fly! ) I won one of 100 prizes with entertainer So DD will be happy!
Went to town for an hour with DD1, son & DH but DH was just in a grump so didn't stay long or get anything! Remind me never to go shopping with him again! Anyway they are going to footy match tonight except me & DD1 so we can have some quiet time

Just saw your post Sylvia. Glad it's not endometriosis or gall bladder. Hope they find what's causing her pain xx

I only just found the end of this compers inn the other day and read about GD plight. I am so pleased it is not endometriosis. My niece has suffered from that for years and against all the odds has just had a beautiful daughter.
They let everyone out asap from hospital. We have just had two family members in hospital with major problems and they were out in no time.
All I can say at home you build up an immunity to the surrounding bugs
At home but never know what you will pick up in hospital.
Sorry they have not found the cause for the pain. That's terrible for a young person they have enough pressures at school these days.do hope things pick up for her soon.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Inn. You are right she is probably safer at home and less likely to pick up any nasties from the hospital. She is only 15 and taking her exams soon and is in pain 3 weeks out of 4 so missing a lot of school and on a lot of meds so hope they can find the sorse of the pain. She has had her womb and overaries scanned too so its not that. Bit of a mystery really. Good luck if you are a comper and you are welcome to chat or moan in here any time.

Yes brilliant news my neice is now facing having an historectomy.

What a day! Sorted out Quizonaut invoices. Then decided to pop out for potatoes. On return my daughter is here for the day and said a lady had called about a bedroom makeover!
I did 1471 and phoned back yes, I was a reserve for the six to go to Ideal home about a bedroom makeover! I said would talk to husband and phone back.
Decided I'd go but not so sure now. Husband is at home recovering so can't come but he started tidying the bedroom ready for a photo.
Ho I don't know why did I say I'd go!!
Just making dinner for daughter and her family.

Is the weather still bad your end firefly? Have you got your herbs planted again yet?

weathers been funny today sylv
we've had sunshine, rain & very cold wind :eek:
majority of herbs outdoor are doing fine,
still to early to be planting out any new ones have
to be careful of them early morning frosts still,
