Good morning all, late in today as been busy with other things.

GD who is 15 has to go into hospital on Monday for keyhole surgery to investigate if she has endometriosis as she is in almost constant pain. She only went back to clinic yesterday but have managed to fit her is as her exams are coming up soon.

Well done on your win yesterday firefly, did try and post last night but couldn't get it to go through for some reason keps kicking me out.

Well done on your win as well Kitten and hope you sort the rat situation out soon.

Yes Sheils, this has been ongoing for about 18 months but if that is what it is there is not much they can do by the sound of it.

Same weather here, suns out but windy and showery. Hope you manage to get a nice walk in.

We bought new kettle and toaster just after Xmas and had problems with the bagel function on the toaster not working, they sent us a replacement and that didn't work either, so they send us the next model up and we payed the difference, guess what.... Bagel function didn't work, we started to think it was us! DH emailed company to complain but said we will just live with the toaster as it matches the kettle and we like the kettle. We had a phone call two days ago from Russell Hobbs complaints dept who said they looked into our complaint and found out that the tech dept took away the bagel function a couple of months ago but didn't take away the buttons on the toaster and didn't alter the booklet. So we were right. The man said he couldn't believe that it had happened and has given us £150 to spend with Russell Hobbs. Which is lovely but we can't find anything we want. Sods law.

Thanks firefly/Sheils, will let you know what happens on Monday. We will be busy as we have to have the other two while DD is with her.

Kitten, well done on the Russell Hobbs voucher, nice one. Had a little lookie, have you thought about a microwave as they seem to have some nice onces for well under £150. Just a thought.

Aw bless your GD Sylvia, hope they find what's causing her pain xx A friend had endometriosis and she was in pain quite often with it but still went on to have children naturally.

That's good of Russell H to give you money back vouchers kitten. Don't they have any bagel toasters? We were making toasties in school and tried bagels in the toasties machine to see what they were like and they were delicious
