Well done on lotto win wingo and well done FF and Indie on your wins.
I had a little win today too. I won ferry tickets to Dunoon from Gourock with Visit Scotland. Will make us do something a little different so looking forward to it. Will book hotel to go with it when I get full details.
We didn't get to Whitby wingo as we really rushed and caught the first steam engine, travelled about 5 miles and it crashed into a fallen tree! The engine was slightly damaged and they messed about for hours deciding what they were doing so we eventually got back to Pickering over 4 hours later. Just claimed our money back and gave up. If we had gone on probably would only have got to Grosmont. Poor DH was really disappointed as he has been trying to get me to go on that railway for years.
The rest of the break went well though and the hotel was lovely. We had an up grade too and a view overlooking the large garden.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Congratulations on today's wins on here.
Shells years ago we did the ferry trip to Dunoon. It's a great part of the world. Pleased to hear you had a good break. So disappointing about the stream train journey.
I went to help with my four year old grandson today while daughter went to hospital. Not long back and on way to station the wind was bitterly cold. I thought of Rose and thought it's not really that cold here!
Well done Rose helping your neighbour hope she is ok.0 -
thanks sheils & well done on your win
great you had a fab time on your break though
disappointing about the steam journey,
we went on it years ago when they had one of the
themed 'war weekends' & stayed in Pickering,
was great fun
bought back some good memories with you
saying :j
good of you to care for your neighbour rose :A
good you don't have the problem of the cats & squirrels
digging up the bulbs sylv
much as I love them they can be pests trying to get at them,
we use the chicken wire on the veg plots as
well in summer when seedlings & plants have been put in,
stops the cats trying to use it as a toilet!!
once the plants are established & growing strong the
wire can be lifted out though I do leave it in the flower pots.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -

:hello: Everyone,
hope all is well,I am fine today, been busy againwent to Aquacise this morning with a friend then went on to Waitrose for a coffee, then came home and relaxed,I brought the next Art Therapy book this morning, good job I did as they ran out at lunchtime
worked on making loom bands and just finished making another 100,so I now have 300 loom bands to sell end of July to raise money for a carnival we have each year.
so delighted thats over as I need to relax now for a few months until I do it at the carnival to show people or may get orders so fingers need a well earned rest for a bit.
love and light,

Congratualations on the wins today. Been very mixed weather here in Yorkshire - sun, showers, gales, a bit of hale. I've been busy stocking up on food - had some nice coupons and there were a few good offers around so feel like a 'winner' today.
Had a strange day on the prizes front - been expecting an easter egg I won from Hotel Chocolate via a blogger but got some Hotel Chocolate bunnies instead. No note so no idea if this is for that prize or not. I did e-mail the blogger but no answer yet. Maybe it was a rather nice April Fools lol. It was a more generous prize than I was expecting so not complaining - just left a tad puzzled.
