Congratulations on the bank account Freespirit. :j I hate it when the littlies are poorly - especially when they're too young to tell them that they'll feel better soon. I've got my little man today and I'm having a lovely break while he has a nap! ;)
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :

Evening everyone, i am just sat on my laptop while listening to DD1 book her holiday on the phone, its so funny listening to her, and the person at the other end getting it wrong, :rotfl::rotfl:he just told her the dates she would have to book her flights on and the return date he said was 10 days after the holiday had finished!!!!!! I cant believe she has chosen Antartica as her next trip, i couldnt think of anything worse, with a night camping on the ice!!!! BRRRRRR but if it makes her happy then it makes me happy.

PEPPAPIG ahh i know bless him, DD2 took him to the doctors today because his temp was high and he came out in a rash again, he has a viral infection, his throat is sore and the rash is dermatitis caused by the virus. Hope you have had a good day with DGS

Hello, can't believe it's May already

I've not been here for a couple of months. I usually have MSE in an open tab all the time on the iPad. Once I closed it I kept forgetting to log in.

Mrs I and Quidsy, so sorry to hear of both your losses. I have you in my thoughts xx

I've been busy with life. The kids have lots on, so I'm mainly running after them.
I am still doing roller derby. I've passed my minimum skills test, so we get to bout soon :-) enjoying having some time for me.

Hope everyone is well? I will be sticking around more. I miss you all x

Sorry I've been a little MIA again still super busy here. Having a bit of a down day today eaten far too much sugar and rubbish and definitely not helping :(
Got the chalkboard glasses finished, now focus is on the place names, and that is my concern Freespirit! I have 4 spares... I can go wrong 4 times... that's not very many :( . Then I'm throwing myself into items for craft fayres. I desperately need a trip to ikea for supplies, but trying to fit it in at a time my sister can do and my friend whose just moved into her new house so wants to come too, and I'm running low on miles on my car insurance, just aah!!! I'm stressing over nothing :(

But better news I'm off to Cheltenham for the weekend, birthday present from the bloke :D much needed too.

I have to say I for one think the royal babies name was a fab choice, named after me on my birthday ;) haha. last week my sister actually said to her friend "oh were not in college Monday!" "Why?" "it's my sisters birthday...uh no ...it's bank holiday!" All these years of telling her she can have a day off for my birthday has sunk in haha!

I keep getting emails about free things for Charlotte's now though none have been any use to me yet :'( ... If anyone is near certain branches of Pizza Hut in London, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester or somewhere else.... can't think none of them are near me :( and called charlotte if you are one of the first 100 Charlotte's into that branch you can get free pizza. The works is giving away free Frozen books "A sister more like me" I think it was called to Charlotte's. And free Drayton Manner entry to Charlotte's under 12.
I don't know if any of you are Charlotte's or have little Charlotte's.

    x
I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....

Hi everyone, just popping on as woken in lots of pain and waiting for my pain killers to kick in. I'm due to finish my IVF tomorrow (technically today) and I'm praying some of these symptoms start to wear off :(

Wish us luck that it/they stick!

    Good Morning!

I have just discovered this thread and have only read a couple of pages. I will sit down with a brew over the weekend and read the lot. I don't have a large family and we don't buy for friends as money is quite tight so christmas isn't overly expensive for me. I actually plan on taking advantage of the festive season and will be aiming to make the money rather than spend it. For the last couple of years I have been making snowman soups which have been quite successful. I am looking to do this again xmas 2015. I am interested to know if others do christmas crafting?

better go anyway as its time to get ready for work - joy!

I do enjoy it. A good place to get rid of frustrations and let go. I thought I would feel old and past it, but there is a few older than me. I was out of action with my back for 3 months, but it's fine now.

I had a wee feel of my tins and my bronze and silver tins are feeling pretty hefty. Looking forward to opening them in November and hopefully get a nice surprise. When in working I often get a few drinks bought for me. Usually I take £2 instead of the drink and pop that in the tin. X
