Because the line item is two units, and hence the purchase is £1.
If that is the case, then it could be said that a bigger item for £20 is several units combined.
It is simple, people either want a shop that has a strict policy of everything is £1 no more and no less or they want the occasional bargain where something is sometimes more than £1 and is a bargain or 2 or 3 for £1.
I am happy to pay £8 for something that would be a lot more expensive elsewhere.0 -
