    Well done beluga :T

    maman - I don't like wearing shirts as shirts - I feel too 'trussed up' in them. I wear them as summer cardigans over t-shirts or sleeveless tops.

    Had a very busy day today -
    Washing
    Weeds to council tip
    Shopping at Mr A's
    Lunch
    Bank account / bills
    Sorted out last few years paperwork and put away until time to shred
    Dinner
    Ironing
    Finished crochet baby blanket
    Filed my nails

    Off to have a shower and wash my hair!

    Night night.
    2025 Fashion on the ration
    150g sock yarn = 3 coupons
    Lined trousers = 6 coupons ...total 9/66 used
    2 t-shirts = 8 coupons
    Trousers = 6 coupons ... total 23/66
    2 cardigans = 10 coupons
    Sandals = 5 coupons ... total 38/66
    Nightie = 6 coupons
    Sandals = 5 coupons ... total 49/66

    That was some day MrsCD, what an achievement!!

    I know what you mean about 'trussed up'. I think that's why I stopped wearing shirts/blouses. If they're tucked in they can feel uncomfortable and for me (with a long body) keep coming untucked. I think over the years we've all got used to fabrics with a bit of stretch. I was thinking of getting a silk (or similar) shirt that would be long and floaty. I need to go into the city centre and try some on.

    Felt decidedly off colour yesterday. I'm STILL suffering with loads of catarrh since I had a cold at Christmas.:( Latest was that GP though it might be an allergy but don't feel much different with anti-histamines. It just seems to put off the coughing until later in the day! yesterday I had a really muzzy head, heavy eyes, sinus pain etc.

    Anyhow, enough moaning, today I'm feeling much better. I've had a bit of a pamper and done a defuzz. Still don't have legs on show yet but not wearing tights/socks under long skirts or jeans/trousers. Hopefully I can brave this cold spell.

    Off out this evening to a carvery, so can fill up on veg and be reasonably healthy. It's a regular get together with some colleagues after a meeting so smart casual is usually OK. Have got as far as black jeans so it's a case of deciding what to go with them.

    So far today I've done a pile of washing, a bit of a tidy round, some emails and phone calls and made a start on paperwork. I know I'm procrastinating as I've ironing to do. Perhaps after lunch.:D

    I'm procrastinating too. It's what I'm good at. :D

    Good news is ive lost the Weight I put on with my blip last week, so I'm back on track..

    Im now completey grain and nightshade free and have made a start reducing sugar. Just got to work on the caffeine now. I know it sounds like rather a faff but I'm definitely seeing an improvement in both my sleep patterns and my pain levels.

    I'm just going to go for a short walk and then going to blitz my bedroom, bin bags at the ready......Tomorrow I will call in at the clothes4cash place and do a tip run, so im going to be ruthless.

    Apart from a few favourite pieces I intend to start from ground zero with my next winter wardrobe so I'm just going to get rid of it all.

    Cue me singing ......."Let it Go, Let it Go". :rotfl: courtesy of Disney's Frozen......

    Actually I watched the Kate bush programmes the other night. I love her, so I'll dig out my Kate Bush greatest hits CD whilst I work.......

    Thanks, I will.:)

    I'm pleased to report that ALL the ironing is finished including what went on the line today! Since DH has got heavily involved in his project I'm doing far more shirts than I have for a while.

    And another plus is that I've kept up with foot creaming and tidied my eyebrows today.

    Shattered today. Got home from work & had a soak in the bath, de fuzzed and then moisturised all over. Having a lazy evening tonight. Going to put cuticle cream on and then do a quick manicure.
    Drunk lots of water today, 3 litres is my aim - had 2.5 so far.

    Spritzed perfume, always makes me feel fabber and more feminine.

    Another one feeling shattered today, was awake till gone 4 this morning so of course that ruined all my plans for today. So......I finally finished sorting out my wardrobes and bedroom and bathroom cupboards today. I've still got to go through all rhe toiletries and meds properly but at least ive de jumbled them and put them into their appropriate baskets.

    How do things get so messy.:o ive just noticed my kitchen cupboards are a shambles again. Next week i have to stay in because I've got the builders in finishing a few bits and bobs so I might try and get stuck in then.

    I have put earrings in today. I keep forgetting and the holes are starting to close so it was a bit difficult. I must wear them more regularly.......

    Right time fir a rest, maybe a nap, prep the dinner and then ive got some paperwork to do.

    Have a fab day.

    Hope you are feeling more rested today, LL.

    I feel tired still but not letting it beat me haha. Walked to work again today and feel better for it, too. Only 2.5 miles but makes such a difference to my day.

    It's feet treat night tonight, scrub and moisturiser then extra heel cream. Life in the fast lane but it will hopefully reap dividends when it's finally sandal weather!
