Can't get card/account number from Barclaycard

As said above, it's available in the current account statements.
Save the environment. Don't order a new card.
I'm not sure where you are meaning?
It's not on the Barclaycard website where I log in to make a payment, it only displays 6 of the numbers.
It's not shown on my Lloyds bank statement which is where the monthly payments get debited from.
And I don't have the card linked to any Barclays account, it's just a card I used for a balance transfer. I only get a yearly statement.
Hence why asking for a replacement card was my plan, but I've called twice now and they have said no.0 -
Thanks but I know what you meant too, on the bank statement it's just a ref number with the word Barclaycard
B/CARD CASHBACK 377112341234123
(it's Halifax and BC Amex in my case, so the number is shorter than for Visa/Mastercard)
ETA: I checked Nationwide where the DD was earlier, and indeed the number isn't shown. This means that the current account bank just doesn't show the full reference despite having it.I have and they won't.0 -
Set up a direct debit for the minimum payment on Barclaycard's online account page to be paid from your current account, a couple of days later the mandate should appear on the direct debit list in your bank's internet banking along with a reference number which will be your long card number.0

My bank statement shows the DD payments as:
08/12/2014 DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT TO BARCLAYCARD VISA REF 4939469075885901, MANDATE NO 0003
(obviously changed some numbers for privacy, but the long number is the card number)
I can also see the full number in my DD mandate on online banking as per advice of the poster above me.0 -
Perhaps not with Halifax, but you could get a card that'll do a money transfer (for a fee) to your current account. Then call up Barclaycard and ask them to change your DD to pay off in full.
Just an idea to release you from the impending interest payments.

Hi,
Log into your Lloyds online banking (desktop version, not mobile app)
- click on the name of your account (eg Classic)
- (this will give you your statement)
- click on the 3rd tab across the top called 'direct debits & standing orders'
- this will show you your DD mandates
- have a look at the reference displayed on your Barclaycard DD, this is your card number
Hope this helps

Your direct debit reference is your card number.
Also you can order a new card via the barclay card website.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
