LW I sometimes have problems recognising people and really struggled, when I was off work sick, when it came to writing reports.

I have done a lot of tidying, wrapped two presents :j:j:j:j:j:j, prepared ingredients for making mince pies, either later after church or tomorrow.

Still lacking the get up and go required for writing cards, maybe tonight :o:

Many thanks for the pile of Flylady cards which arrived today, and for the lovely messages. :T

And  to HB on clearing the amphibians.

Rehearsal and a bit more shopping decluttered; off to sing in the concert in a minute.

Honey Bear and Yorkshire Lass Totally agree with you about the encouragement on the thread, and I appreciate the company!

Today has passed in a blur, with shopping, present wrapping, and cooking. I'm currently squashed on the sofa while DD and her best friend do the Christmas tree, DD is quite particular about how it should be done (she must have got that from me!) so I'm keeping out of the way. ;)

Tomorrow we are having a Christmas get together and meal with my family, really looking forward to seeing them all!

Bizarrely, I'm quite looking forward to flying on Monday morning...

Thank you to everyone for the Christmas cards, it was such fun opening them all!

    We watched the grinch :D

I've also emptied, wiped and edited contents of two kitchen cupboards. Made and scoffed dinner. We've had every single grandparent here today. This means it's just the 3 of us until Wednesday afternoon. Must plan something or we will start to annoy each other ;)

Monday is covered with soft play and market, but not sure what we'll do tomorrow. Dare I venture to Ikea? Or is that craaazy? We could go early, and have a :coffee: but there's nothing I really want. Weather forecast is grim. We could go for a drive through the city centre at about 4 to see the lights, if we don't get a better offer!

Lamewolf, when you find a way of getting the dog to eat, please tell me how you've done it. Mrs Dog is driving me absolutely mad.
