I would have thought so. Pain is your body's way of telling you to not to allow bits to drop off.scubaangel wrote: »It's dead clever how they make it easier to work out the prices isnt it!
It was one of the comedians who said that every time he goes into Poundland he's gripped by an urge to continually ask the assistants: "How much is this then?"

Not too much pain this morning, although I did wake up at 4am drooling and in pain so I took the strongest pain killer I had in the house and went back to sleep.
Just picked up a mystery shop to do on Sunday, and agreed to meet a friend for coffee and cake tomorrow morning. Will attempt to do some food shopping while I'm out. Also a couple of merchandising jobs for early next week (having just written the rota I'm not looking forward to fitting them in but I'll manage).
Discovered the Perk scratch and win app, which has been fun, and means that in the last 2 days my points average has started to increase from 300-600 to 1000-1100 which if I can sustain it would be good as the payout threshold is 20,000 points.
It's now time to take another paracetamol and take a nap until the heating comes on in the house. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

They do have overrides so the heating can be on at any time."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

But why would I put the heating on for longer than I need when I could just snuggle up on the sofa with a blanket and Nemo and have a nap for an hour or so?
Slowly working through some of the survey emails in my inbox, managed to complete a few but been screened out of most which is annoying but does at least mean that the number of emails is reducing.
Also realised that there was a clicksnap offer for 25p cash back from Aldi or Lidl, I spent 40p in Lidl yesterday and still had the receipt handy so submitted it and have had the cash back tracked already. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Depends on whether you need to be productive or not. But you're probably still recovering from having bits ripped out.scubaangel wrote: »Slowly working through some of the survey emails in my inbox, managed to complete a few but been screened out of most which is annoying but does at least mean that the number of emails is reducing.
That's one of the big reasons i don't do surveys - getting to the end and being screened out.scubaangel wrote: »Also realised that there was a clicksnap offer for 25p cash back from Aldi or Lidl, I spent 40p in Lidl yesterday and still had the receipt handy so submitted it and have had the cash back tracked already.

Especially as I only went in to Lidl as I used their carpark while I went to the dentist and its free for 90 mins if you use the shop...so thats roughly 15p for the 80 mins I was parked instead of the £1 for two hours in the council carpark next to it.
Been in out this morning to meet a friend for coffee and cake, spent £7 in two shops one being Mr T getting soup and jelly so I can keep avoiding chewing while the gums are still tender. The other being Wilkos where I resisted the funky kids laundry basket (£11), the bright teal airer (£10) and the selection of animal cushions....instead I came out with a pair of slingshot pencils for a whole £1.25.
Did a Field Agent task on the way home, felt a little bit awkward taking photos of the entrance road which of a military housing estate though. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

And vodka to numb the sensation..scubaangel wrote: »The other being Wilkos where I resisted the funky kids laundry basket (£11), the bright teal airer (£10) and the selection of animal cushions....instead I came out with a pair of slingshot pencils for a whole £1.25.

You should have put a tripod on your head and pretended you were from Google..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Still consuming no vodka. Tempted to walk to the pub this evening just to get out of the house though.
Hmm not having a tripod handy I went with getting it done while trying to look confident and not in the slightest like a weirdo in a military area taking photos of the road leading to one of the newest quarter areas while the security level is fairly elevated. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

If it beats cabin fever, it's probably worth doing.scubaangel wrote: »Hmm not having a tripod handy I went with getting it done while trying to look confident and not in the slightest like a weirdo in a military area taking photos of the road leading to one of the newest quarter areas while the security level is fairly elevated.
Don't worry - with the speed you drive you probably lost your tail on the way back. If not, well, expect a knock on the door with a sledgehammer at about 2am..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

If its Mil Pol it'll take longer than that to find me!
As for speedy driving I daren't in the KA. I have however started looking for other cars I might look at replacing it with at some point, not really seeing anything I would really really want to buy so just generally getting a feel for the small/mid size cars currently available.
Just decided to get the old iphone out of the airing cupboard and thought it'd do no more harm to see if it could be revived - popped it on the charger and the screen lit up with the dead battery display, so am cautiously hopeful that it'll work again in which case I'll either wipe it and sell it or keep it as a spare/take abroad handset. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
