Waterproof covers are so bulky though. :/

Not all of them are. Obviously if you get one which protects from drops, it will be bulkier.

TBH I don't remember even seeing covers in the shop, I know there's a decent accessory place in town though so will go the long way to work and pay it a visit.

They can do what they want to, as long as they don't try to make me do the same thing!

It will be fun - you'll love it. You should practice: Say "Yes dear." Now try "Of course dear." and finish off with "That's lovely dear."

Keep doing that until you've got it off pat... ;) :rotfl:

Phone is still alive, and doesnt yet have a cover on it - tomorrows plan after work if its not snowed again.

As for the other stuff, how about nope, not ever. :D

Got up this morning to find a couple of inches of snow has fallen over night, am hoping that there wont be more tonight as I have an early start and the roads probably wont have been gritted.

Put in the redemption claim for the foresty folk survey. Once that arrives I'll withdraw whatever money is currently in my paypal account.

You going for a waterproof one, or just a normal one?

    Naah...not emphatic enough... ;)

The roads will have been gritted overnight - unless your council is staffed by a whole bunch of knuckle-draggers. It's far too soon in a mild season to have ran out of salt.

I'm not on a main route, so its a low priority road. As it was there was no real problem as it wasnt too cold over night.

Couldn't find a cover in the supermarket when I was spending a ridiculous amount of money on not very much stuff - printer ink, an air freshener diffuser and shoe polish all of which were not as cheap as they could have been but are necessary (ink and shoe polish) or a nice luxury (diffuser).

Foresty people money landed in paypal earlier so have withdrawn £30.

It snowed up here. About half an inch. A meaningless amount.

Apparently, printer ink is more per litre than the finest vintage champagne...

Not a cheap supermarket then? That's what happens when you shop at Waitrose... ;)

That should offset some of it.

Woke up again to find snow falling, thankfully by the time I got to work it'd stopped and had all melted by the time I finished.

Dentist visited am now missing two teeth and hoping that my mouth starts to 'feel' again soon so I can take a painkiller before the gums start hurting.

Yeah, pretty much the same up here. Still snow on the top of the hill when I drove past tonight - but you'd expect that.

Makes no difference - it'll still hurt...

So far so good painwise, and so far there is minimal swelling on either side of my face, on of them put up a good fight so much so that my dentist had to go get a colleague to get it out as she couldn't.

Just managed to finish a survey on newvista which has taken me over the redemption threshold, so thats £50 on its way to me at some point this month.

While I was having a short walk to recover from the drugs I popped in to a pound shop and picked up a cheap cover for the phone for the time being, and a few more of the 'non woven' boxes as they're a good size for chucking small stuff in to in the airing cupboard.

    Heave!

You're lucky in that way, pull things off me - it hurts. Stick things in me - it hurts. It's a common theme... ;)

    That is good news.

The small covers from the pound shops are good for carrying all kinds of things, everything from radios to torches. And you'll never guess what they cost... ;)

Normally it hurts me too, I must have managed to stave it off with the paracetamol I took earlier, I suspect however it will be sore in the morning.

It's dead clever how they make it easier to work out the prices isnt it!
