Im not the only one to receive this email from the seller as 3 or 4 others have left neg feedback due to the threatening manner of the email, had the company aproached customers in a diffrent way im sure customers would have been more understanding.the tone of the email was disgusting and as things stand i for one wont be giving in to their false threats.
So the feedback you mention...1/5
"Be careful when using this seller, they state incorrect prices and when the goods ship you get threatening emails about charging you the correct amount within 7 days(even though the contract formed has been satisfied as goods have been delivered) if you don't return or pay you get threatened with been black listed or debt collectors.absolutely disgusting AVOID"

There are a couple of others complaining about the 'threatening' email but the retailer is yet to reply.
Lets keep asking the OP and see what they ordered....0 -
10 packs but this is a drop in the ocean to what other people bought, look at hukd website,0

Their current price per pack
Mach 3 £6.76
ProGlide £10.74
Razor and Blades £26.99
So you've paid 10p for either £67.76, £107.40 or £269.90 worth of goods
That's not a bargain, there's clear intent there.
As for others on HUKD, same thing, if you bought a couple that's taking advantage. Buying bulk, that's a complete mickeytake.
Can honestly see why the retailer has wrote what they have to those who have clearly taken the mick. And they are 'horrified' - imagine if it was your business and you were put in this situation?0 -
Because others abused the mistake even more, that makes it ok? Which pack did you order? Even for the cheapest it was very clearly an error price.
It was obviously a software glitch, which occured on friday evening, the price was 1p which seemed strange so i took a punt and bought them,i paid for them and amazon shipped them, then them,i then get a threatening email,at the end of the day i along with thousands of others bought at a unbeleivable price, but if the seller had been reasonable id have worked with them but im sure most the buyers out there wont be bothered0 -

Passing the buck back to the seller to justify your own behaviour doesn't put you in the right. Yes, they should have dealt with it better but you know the threats are without substance. You aren't threatened, but can profit from feigned indignance. A mob mentality doesn't justify it either. Neither does "other people got more stuff".
The seller was in the wrong sending that email but consider the following:
A punches B in the face. (B left himself vulnerable to attack.)
B is rude to A.
A punches B in the face again and makes themselves feel better about the whole thing by blaming B for being rude. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
