Our first June payment of £350... hoping to get another £300 paid off later this month.

Just a wee £86 payment this week as I'm off on holiday on Sunday!
It's going to be a great DFW-style holiday. Crochet with wool I've had for years and never used, reading free books on my Kindle that I've never got round to reading and cooking each night from scratch. Seven people and seven nights so I only have to cook one of them!

Have a lovely time on holiday and 50% will be a massive achievement!

Vet's fees for the new puppies made a dent in my budget last month and with luck I'll be completing on a falling-down old money-pit that we've had our eye on since February, so June might be tight too, but all good things to be spending money on...0 -

Happy weekend everyone!
Not been around for a little while . . . but feeling quite happy. I've done a "poor mans" balance transfer by paying for a holiday - used the cash to pay off the capital one card which has now been closed, and put £800 onto a new card - Barclaycard Initial - which has 0% on purchases for 6 months.
The barclaycard only has an £800 limit so I can't spend any more . . and interest free period runs out 29th Nov, by which time I aim to clear it anyway.
Saving me £24 a month interest so that will go towards paying of the remaining debt. :j:jDFBXmas 2015 £1933 / £2733

Enjoy everyone! We aren't going on holiday this year
but we may see if we can get a cheap last minute deal in the new year... We shall see. Saving and paying off the car is priority right now I spose!
