Feeling a lot better about my debt repayment this week, I've finally broken through the £1000 and am on course to hit my first two targets:

    *Pay off £1000 by March
*Pay of 25% by the end of March to be on target for 100% this year.

    #050 £1066 / £4544 (23.46%)

Total debt at LBM = £4861.03

    DFBXmas2018 #91 - £3342 / £3500 (95.4%)

HTB ISA - £0 withdrawn for house purchase! :D

Once I've finalised my budget for this March/April I will make an overpayment. I have two loans. My aim is to at least double the payments on my first loan and then snowball it onto the 2nd one....it's good to have a plan :money:

    Re mobile phones

My contract came to an end with Virgin and they wanted to put my monthly bill up from £10 to £15 for no extra. Checked around for a better deal and found that Asda were offering £5 a month. Phoned Virgin to disconnect and they offered me £2.50 contract to stay with them!!!

I have made payments today of £120 and £32.63. This is ahead of the minimum payment direct debit being taken out next week sometime (I will update then) to take me over 17% of the way there, with my minimums due to take me hopefully above 22% over the course of the pay month - and this is a quieter month debt paying wise than anticipated over the next few. Happy days.

Theres more light at the end of the tunnel now than there was in the eclipse this morning at least!

They want £200k or they will just turn it in to a let. The wife in that family wears the trousers as the agents always say it's the wife holding out for more money all the time. Greedy bint !!

They always say stuff like that, but I bet the agent is encouraging them. I'd stand my ground personally.
