Hi. Please can I have your opinions and thoughts....
Please will you advise what you think I should do / what you would do? I am trying to be as honest as possible with this. I would desperately like to not have this hanging over me, but know I need them to help me in order to clear the debt.
Thanks
I wish i had some advice to give you, but maybe post this in the main debt forum - more people will see it that way and im sure someone will have the right advice to give x Good luck though x xFinally dealing with debt: 01.01.2015 -£10,562.:(

Afternoon All - so many good payments and disposing of cards and loans - I've got one credit card I have held onto since paying off in December 2014 - it was my comfort blanket but I think I will phone up and get the account closed this week - no temptation then.:D
Birdseed - I am not at all experienced enough to provide advice regarding debt abroad, but I do hope you get it sorted out for your peace of mind. My temptation would be to save the money like you have suggested and then when they contact make payment, but that doesn't address the potential interest charges and that is probably what you need to sort out. Best of luck - let us know how you get on. xx
Loan payment has gone out (9 more payments to go this year) so update for me is:
#058: £1,872.34/ £10,400 (18% paid)Blitz that mortgage

Small update from me until I find out if the dog needs her op (still unsure)
Makes my total now 812.32/4229
I really really want to get CC1 paid off this month (about £1100 ish) so fingers crossed...
I have also just renewed my car insurance and for the first time ever, I have paid it off in one go rather than monthly. This will save me £26 per month on top of the £30 per month I am now saving from paying the nxet account off. If I can pay CC1 off that will be an extra £40 per month too! Amazing how it all adds up so quickly.0
