Wow, nice start to the year! :TWindofchange wrote: »Payday today and another payment of £500 onto the CC's for number 30! Updated signature for you with percentage - at this rate I'll be debt free by the end of summer 2015 :-)
It's a great feeling to feel like I am finally getting my life in order. I was thinking today on the way home how great it is going to feel waking up and not being in any debt to anyone.
Only another grand to go on the big CC debt which I think I can clear next payday in a month when I get my overtime money for working xmas day, boxing day and new years day. Infact, I can definitely clear it and have some cash left over for some me things. After that, I can attack the little debts that I have of 5-800 quid which means I should be able to close a CC account every month which I think will be incredibly motivating. After all that is gone, then just the one remaining big CC debt which is on a 0% for the next 15 months.
We can do it gang, and it's gonna feel so good when it's done! Come on!!
Sounds like you're doing brilliantly, they're going to start falling like dominoes! I'm a bit rubbish and can't do the percentages though, what's your total amount paid off in £'s?0 -

Had some unexpected money come in so have paid another £260 off my debts before I'm tempted to spend it. I think that will be it now for debts until February. I've reduced them by £3,716.86 this month so I am more than happy with that!

I'm officially out of my overdraft and paid off some of my Argos card. The remaining debt which is all on my Argos card is interest free until January next year so I will take my time paying it off and focus on saving now.Homeowner:j0 -

So on my Tesco credit card I am in positive balance. I forgot about a refund that was due before I made my payment.
Never been in credit on a credit card. Can I just request that money be transferred or do I have to spend it to get it to £00
