I have some from ASDA, Debenhams and mother care. Congratulations on your 20 week scan!! Mine is a week today (i'll be 22+1). Hope you feel better soon.
PS can the change your due date at this scan? I thought it was just at the 12 week one they did that?0 -
lauradora congrats on your scan! I've got some maternity jeggings and leggings from new look and h&m (worth ordering more than one size, I am 10 at new look, 12 at h&m if it has a stretch, 14 if not). Luckily got some hand me down tops and jumpers which fit well enough, and I've been getting jumper dresses a size up at charity shops, so I can just stretch then to death and it's not expensive.
Bras are becoming urgent now though, and there's no real good value options I can see, so a not-so-MSE day for me tomorrow.0 -
Lauradora I found ebay pretty good for clothes too, and I managed to get a few bits from GAP maternity today as they had a code stacking glitch so ended up with a few bargains but will see how they fit when they arrive!
I feel your pain with the cold. I had a horrible cold last week, started to feel better on Friday and woke up with a sore throat and snotty nose again on Monday
Cherry let us know how you get on with bras - I ordered a couple of mamaway ones which had good reviews but I bought the biggest size they do and I'm bursting out of them. Quite annoyed as threy weren't cheap and I can't believe how small they are really.
I've had some kicks over the last few days, and can even feel some of them from the outside. My parents have felt them but everytime OH tries to feel he just stops. OH isn't bothered as he will feel eventually but I feel bad for him that he hasn't felt it yet.:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

Same for me...I had to bite the bullet the other day. went to m & s to get measured...well what a relief. Here was me thinking that i would be more comfortable/suitable in maternity bras but the lady that measured me said not. She measured me up. at a 40D
and advised me on some none wired soft cup jobbies. the great thing was they were half the price of the maternity bras I had picked out...2 for £18....I had gone in expecting to pay £30 for one so I was well pleased.
Cherry was that new look online??On a mission0 -
I bought some underwire nursing bras from Figleaves because I thought they'd do me after birth too x0

I had a bit of an eventful day yesterday with quite a few hours spent in maternity triage checking for leaking waters and monitoring baby as I was having contractions. Nothing major, I could barely feel most of them and there was no cervical changes so they think my uterus is irritable - apparently it can be caused by your bladder getting over full or stress so I'm to take it easy and wee regularly....like I needed the reminder :rotfl:
Hope everyone is well:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

kirtsypoos I'm sorry to hear of your worrying weekend. Seems like the docs have a good non-worrying explanation for your symptoms, and if they were happy to send you hone that must be a good sign. Hope you are not too uncomfy, and your uterus calms down now!0

Ah Kirstypoos glad all is OK. This happened to me at 36weeks last pregnancy. I saw you can buy pads in boots that detect aniotic fluid, think I'll but them for later in my pregnancy - a bit expensive for now! At least it means you can know if it's wee or waters. Was it just braxton hicks then? They can be scary too! I had them quite bad a couple of weeks ago, totally panicked but they eventually went away. One more sleep until my scan, woop woop!0
