Hello all, think I am finally ready to join now. My EDD is 09/04/17. Had a lot of bad luck so have kept a low profile for this one.....

Feeling movements now though so a bit more positive :o

Hi Lauradora! Your due date is near mine, I'm 1.4.18 😊
  • Congrats on your movements lauradora!

We just had out anomaly scan yesterday at 21+5, baby seems healthy, right size etc, and wouldn't keep still. Amazing to see how much he moves and I hardly feel anything if its not a huge kick. We've got a little boy on board!

    Congrats Cherry, how exciting!

I can't believe how fast time seems to be going, I feel like I've only just graduated from TTC and yet it's only 3 weeks until the next thread technically :o at the same time I'm impatient to be further long and feel more movements. I had the couple that felt like a flopping fish but nothing really since - I feel the odd prod but nothing concrete, and I'm dying for everyone else to be able to feel him move too

Not much going on over here now, I've booked a 3D scan for the Saturday between Christmas and New Year so my parents can come along so I'm now on countdown to that - and my sister just had her 12 week scan so I'm counting down to her gender scan now, it's all go in our family!

Hopefully it's soon then! My placenta is anterior so they said it will be difficult to feel but I do feel something at the sides at the moment so hoping it's not too much longer before others can feel too, it's driving my Mom and Dad that they can't feel yet :rotfl:

I bet it's amazing to feel the daily kicks, it seems like time is going quite quickly now!

I can only feel them from the inside, not from the outside yet so I'm guessing that'll be a while. I hate anyone but my husband and midwifes touching my belly but that's just me xx

I've worked out that I am not a huge fan of random people rubbing the bump, which has only happened once so far and people I don't know very well - the boyfriend of a friend (who I don't particularly like anyway - the boyfriend that is) kept touching my tummy last time we saw them and I had to slap his hand away in the end, he was being rather rough and hadn't stopped when I asked him to!

I have no issue with OH, my parents, sister or friends as long as they ask first :)
