Flutter - a persistent headache can be a sign of high blood pressure, so you might want to give the midwife a call and see if they can squeeze you in today.

Mine did when I had a headache I couldn't shift, and it turns out my blood pressure was high. It came back down again naturally and has been OK since, but always worth getting checked out just to be safe.

Euro - I've spoken to MW before about them and she just said it's one of those things we have to suffer in pregnancy! If it's still really bad later I will ring her just in case. But my BP may well be high due to family issues/bereavement going on!

Hi Flutter I had bad headaches, luckily they have gone now but it's definitely worth checking out. Is anyone still suffering with morning sickness? Mine is pretty bad i struggle taking prenatal vits...i have tried different brands seven seas has the least aftertaste. Any tips are welcome!

It never ceases to amaze me the differences in advice given out from one area to the next.

I hope it has eased by now, and I'm sorry to hear of your bad news xx

    Thanks Euronorris.

Headache had more or less gone by teatime yesterday, only to be replaced with what I presume is terrible trapped wind which kept me up most of the night! OH didn't help by snoring all night and pinching my pregnancy pillow at one point!

So another day off for me. TBH I'm off Friday for my nan's funeral and Monday for my birthday so it was unlikely that I would drag myself in today even if I felt 100%! Work won't miss me, there's no work for me to do anyways. Also I'm hoping my pram comes today :)

We have a wedding party tonight, someone OH works with. I'm only looking forward to being social cos one of his colleagues is due the day after me so would be nice to meet my first other pregnant woman due same time as me!

Flutterby, take it easy and put your feet up.

Over last few days my hips have been really sore, probably due to travel/moving/bending. Been using my pillow at night and it really helps!

Getting settled into our new place and picked up my car today as well! No rest for the wicked! Popped the babies stuff in the room which will eventually be the nursery. OH was delighted at the stuff I bought for the baby.. Kicking away like a good one.

    Hello, how are you all?

I've actually had a little but more energy for the last few days, and ive still had headaches but not a constant and intense as the last few weeks!

Was tempted to order some bits in the next sale, but decided to wait a little bit longer before I buy anything.

I'm shattered! Still haven't had the burst of energy yet!

Tough week with migraine and family issues around my nan's funeral, which was today. Nice service in the end. Came home and slept for two hours. OH is on his way home with a takeaway :D

Our travel system came today :j haven't had time to look at it due to funeral. It's the Uberchild Evo in rainbow spots. Me and OH will put it together tomorrow.

My lovely OH has booked us to go away Sunday night for my birthday. We are staying in a country hotel with spa and I've booked a mum-to-be massage for my birthday. Can't wait!

Oh that will be exciting to put the pram together. I wonder if they have changed much since my mothercare days, I reckon I may actually be better than oh when it comes to putting the pram, crib and cot together!

Oh your birthday treat sounds lovely.

Flutterby, hope your okay after your grandparents service. Fab news abou the travel system, I've yet to order mine. That and the cot are the two last things on my list to get.

My hip pain is still there and I've now noted some swelling in my ankles, how glamorous :( Having a slightly off week this week, I feel fat! Lol
I cleaned out my wardrobe of whatever doesn't fit me and put whatever maternity clothes I have hanging up. Hoping it will make me feel better.
