    Yep. Bored now.

They didn't deliberately breach a contract. They made an error, and then rectified that error by refunding your usage all the way back to April.

Nobody is perfect, and asking for a company to never make a mistake is ridiculous.

You have been more than adequately compensated for the mistake and yet you are still complaining, because it appears that what you actually seem to want is less than what you have been offered.

    Utterly baffling.
  • Great , thanks for your input, waste everyone's time by making pointless comments on forums do you ? Utterly baffling. Never mind, banks accidently overcharge , companies accidently rip you off or damage your consumer rights , what is this site for ?

' Nobody is perfect, and asking for a company to never make a mistake is ridiculous' Of course it is .

I honestly don't understand what you expect Amazon to do?

They have more than compensated you for the error, but clearly that isn't good enough.

And what you seem to be asking for is less than what you've been offered, which does in fact make absolutely no sense whatsoever.
  • Just ignore him now. He's only only here so he doesn't need to talk to his wife.

I guess the lesson is , don't complain or you will be denied service. Good advice on a consumer forum , last one to leave turn the lights out.

It's true though, some threads about it on this forum. People are just telling you the truth that's all.

You know, talking to your wife and trolling on a forum where people merely ask for help and sensible advice isn't much better is it ? I am going to report you (it will not be the first time I imagine) Really, if you think I am stupid or have some sort of problem I do not see the need for you to be so rude and unnecessary when I only asked a question on this forum.

I (wrongly) assumed that any advice given would be just that , advice . not to be the target of someone who appears to believe that snide quips are the only option available.

  • Thank you , but the threads in no way shape or form resemble my issue. I have not returned anything or committed any breach of the rules , quite the opposite in fact.

Still at least the threads were troll free.

I really do not understand why or how many times I have to explain that it isn't about the money or the deal , it is about a company understanding how a contract between themselves and the customer works. I am sorry asking for the contract to remain as it was rather than grabbing a deal upsets you so. I have explained it several times. Thank you for your concern.

They ended the contract because they don't want to deal with you, a bit like most people who tried to help you earlier in this thread.

Do you see a pattern forming?

Well this is the thing, they seem to understand pretty well how it works. You however, seem to have a little bit of trouble with it.

Bear in mind you have posted on the consumer rights board and not the praise/vent/warnings board.
