    The simple reason Parkingeye doesn't ask for £11 is because the normal parking fees goes to the motorway services operator not them. Their only income comes from their £100 charges.

    Yeah sorry, It was Steve from the BPA. What a gent. To go out of his way to lend some random a helping hand really does put some more faith back in people. :A

    Now I just need to figure out how to pay.. I was advised to include the email he sent me, and the refrence number. I'll need to scan their website.

    EDIT - Just went on their site, entered the reference number and it popped up, "You have £11 to pay." So paid it.

    Done. Close her up ;)
