Don't want to start the whole flying out of Dublin posts again, but I think we have found a flight that we are prepared to take doing just that.
All I require....for peace of mind...is a yes answer from anyone.

    if we book

    DUB-LAS. 4th Sept
    LAS-MAN 16th Sept
    MAN- DUB 18th Sept

This will be ok to catch the train home after landing at Manchester, and "missing" the man-dub flight the following day.
I more or less know the answer is yes,but my missus is a massive worrier, and being confirmed by someone on here, who has done this,is worth far more than me constantly telling her it'll be fine to do this.
  • Yes, should be totally fine.

Agree would be fine, might be worth checking, if you haven't already, using a multi flight search rather than a rtn, DUB - LAS, LAS-MAN. Possibility it's the same or similar price as return to dub.

Would be interested to know the cost of that Brats, and the carrier (on mobile else I wouldn't be so lazy!)

The price yesterday was £398 the main carrier was BA/AA

The price today shows at £406...there are many options to choose from.
I was looking through kayak on the multi trip option.
We would probably fly over to Dublin on the Saturday afternoon, and stay a night in a hotel.
Looked at cheap flights man-dub one way,it was £22 each....trouble is we NEED a large suitcase each going to Vegas...shopping...so an extra £25 each for bag.
Having trouble finding a "cheap" airport hotel in Dublin for the Saturday night though...everything needs to fit into place before we commit to booking a trip.
  • I'm made up, got 6 nights in harrahs as part of our san fran, Yosemite, death valley vegas jolley for $66 a night instead of $80 coz its cyber Monday, I had thought the $80 a night was a very good deal. cant wait for may now.
    saving for more holidays

Put one case inside the other, save £25.

Sorry to be pedantic, but the premier inn @ Dublin airport charge 1 Euro per person each way, and has done for a long while.

Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

How about no longer being masochistic?
    How about remembering your divinity?
How about unabashedly bawling your eyes out?
How about not equating death with stopping?

Both those hotels are unavailable for the night we want.

Whoops, sorry. I only ever saw that bus, never got on it. Always get the IHG bus to the Crowne Plaza myself :rotfl:
