:rotfl:I was anti laundry too!!!Think it was my very first post and I managed to offend the majority of you!!!
I too hate the laundry mountain but because we stay in hotels that don't have washing machines there is no way I am going to the launderette.......see I am adding to the debate again!!

Sorry, but I couldn't resist checking - the Motel 6 on the corner of Tropicana and Koval Lane has a guest laundry - that should get some posters foaming at the mouth without any need for washing powder! :)

Talking of CSI when is it on next, I do miss my fix

So I am not the only one missing CSI! Sort of half excited about a super long episode, but sad it will be the last. Cannot for the life of me remember the date, but it will be on air next month.

Hubby and I are currently discussing holiday plans, and yesterday he dared to say he would like to maybe go somewhere other than Vegas

I had to remind him we just had a mini break to Frankfurt and booked a trip to Florida next year.. For some reason he still thinks Vegas should be off the map for our next trip :(

So my plan for tonight is come up with a twin city option, which of course will include most of our time in Vegas. Hopefully the thought of all the travelling, he will succumb :p

Las Vegas and San Francisco, and drive between them either through Yosemite or along the Pacific Coast Highway?

I want the whole time in Vegas, so got to be something he would not go for if that makes sense. And also, if he likes the idea, I need to make sure I am happy with it too :)

So far, thinking Vegas and Honolulu, but San Fran is for sure high on the list. Unfortunately I am the only driver, otherwise I would be all for the drive though!

The only tricky part of the drive is in the San Francisco area (and in Los Angeles if you go that way). Otherwise it's very relaxing driving, mostly through some wonderful scenery.

Thanks John, with flight prices cheaper to LA it is actually quite a good idea :D Time for some research I think!

    Hi All,

We have our 9th trip coming up in October.

Although I am a true follower of this forum dont feel we save as much money as we should lol!

    Couple of questions

I have been playing my vegas for such a long time got upto 150k in points now. If I want to use this for show tickets can i buy four or only one per card?

Also looking to book highroller as loved it last year, is it best to book before on living social/group on or are there many deals there?

I have Mlife and got up to gold status but never got anything for free what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks all

Think its September a lot of the shows come back on, fingers crossed anyways! I am rewatching all the old CSIs at the moment, very sad, but they are still so good!

I do hate that washing mountain when you get home

this + ability to pack a lot lighter as I know things will be washed = more room for purchases to bring back...also less packing on the last day as most of it is already packed from the laundry run.

But mainly it's avoiding the laundry mountain...I find that terribly depressing and I always do laundry the morning we move from one hotel to another, so it's sort of down time, anyway.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
