Does the booking show 'includes Taxes & fees' ? If so, that's just fee's in general, not the resort fee....
If your booking clearly states 'includes resort fee' , then no fee is payable at check-in...

That's a lot of myvegas rewards to use. How many can you redeem? You also canoot use the same reward twice unless its a new batch.

Don't forget a reward is not classed as redeemed until you eat or drink it, Stay in it, watch it or spend it.
You can buy as many rewards as you want but you will limited as to what you can use.
Double check none of the rewards you chose require a stay at an Mgm property as well.

Probably looks like a lot but it's only 3 each from MGM properties. Hubby still has one to purchase. I got the Bellagio 2/1 buffet so he'll be able to get one of those too. It's good because you don't have to stand in the long line for that one, there's a bottomless drinks option, it's central....and of course the food is good too!

So we will have 3 MGM properties ones (none require a stay, we've had to get the more 'expensive' ones for non guests). Then the GVR ones are two per person per day. So between two of us we can do 4 rewards a day (a buffet, and 3 drinks max). Can buy 3 each of the two drink options, so that's more than enough. We haven't used any of them before, other than GVR b/fast or lunch but you can buy three of those per person. :)

    Great :)
I only pointed it out as I have come across hundreds of people in the past that didn't realise how it worked.

Im struggling to find things to spend my points on.
As my group used to be an approved one all the admins were given 1,000,000 coins each month by PS. (not gold)

I take it you had no luck getting the group re-opened? I think it might be the one I was a member of and it closed a couple of months ago?

Thanks for saying, you never know...and if I hadn't been aware and had over-redeemed it would have been disappointing!

We were in Vegas in May, and were staying at MGM property for 3 days (I used 2 redemptions, hubby used 1 for the room), then we got bellagio lunch x2 for guests, aria dinner x 2 for guests, and mgm breakfast for 2 for guests. And one GVR b/fast lunch. Did well out of it, but didn't deplete our points like we are this time. Wanted to keep some, although knew we might be doing 2/1s which have lower value. We won't be going back for up to a year now, so we'll have loads of time to accumulate again. :)

Yes it closed a couple of months ago. It has reopened as originalmyvegasfriends but I decided to call it a day.
Never did hear the reason why FB closed it but to be honest im glad it ended like that.
I had had enough but could not walk away from what I started. Having the decision made for me was much easier.

I wasn't planning to visit Vegas again but my daughter has asked us constantly for the last 2 years to go with her again.
Gave in in the end. ;)

Am I right in thinking it's 4 (or 3) MGM rewards but unlimited on the non MGM rewards like GVR, monorail , Puck's etc ?

    Collect extra chips here http://myvegasfreechips.com/

Add some more friends so you get more chips daily, and you can give chips and loyalty.

Play Blackjack on your phone - when you open up each casino within each game you get quite a lot of loyalty. There must be about 50k up for grabs in there alone.

    Thanks.

    I love Blackjack so it's a win-win!

I'm having difficulty with the rewards as I'm going to be travelling alone. I was aiming for a monorail pass, but these are now BOGOF and I only need one! :rotfl: Same with a lot of the buffets, and those I can re deem are subject to a stay in the property/chain- which I'm not planning on doing this time. :(

Sad to say but the rewards are nothing like they used to be.

It will be 3 MGM rewards unless you have bought chips then you could be on 4.
Non MGM rewards don't count as your 3 but your best checking the terms of the reward to see how many per day you can use :)
