Actually I need to update my kWh's on my sig. We have had not a great week weather wise here, hopefully the sun will pop through the clouds this morning as the dishwasher is full and needs to go on!0 -
Cool stuff do you know how much something like that uses each time you use it ? dishwasher ? tumble dryer for example ?Mortgage--- [STRIKE]£67700 March 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65221 April 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64983 July 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64780 sept 15[/STRIKE] Remortgage [STRIKE]£67295 oct 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£66599 Nov 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65878.73 Dec 15[/STRIKE][STRIKE] £64834 1st Jan 16[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Feb 16 £64,511.89[/STRIKE][STRIKE] March 16 £64,056.40[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]April 16 £62550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]May 16 £62,396.20[/STRIKE] Feb 17 £60.800

I'm not sure of the spec of my appliances as I inherited them with the house when I brought it. The dishwasher is very old though and probably not effecient at all. I do know that if the panels are producing the electricity meter is still when the appliances are on so its free energy.
Just read my meter and tapped it into scottish power website and the daily useage was 14 units per day pre solar and it's gone down to 9.5 units per day :-)0 -
Went out to dinner today which was a wee bit naughty (but nice), wrote another blog post (I'm addicted now!) and made a white loaf. BF has finally been properly allergy tested and has found out its bran that he should avoid, avoid, avoid. Therefore we really wanted some fresh white bread as he hasn't had any for months as has been eating a gluten free diet. Anyone who has had a gluten free diet will know the bread is not great. The test did give mild intollerance to wheat, gluten and barley too but he should be okay if he cuts out bran. This is such great news for him!0

Oh I hate my stupid iPad as it reloads this page if you navigate off it. So that post talking about my swanky new Santander account which is being used for my utility bills has disappeared for ever.
The disappearing post was so much better than this one, there were laughs, there were tears, you would have loved it! Anyhow skip to the end ive got a new account yo get cashback on my bills. Yay!
In other news I won a competition! Little one will be spending an afternoon at Norwich City training facilities, having a training session, lunch and a stadium tour. In all honesty I'm more excited than him! All curtesy of Aviva, who by the way provided BF with a free hot chocolate this morning from cafe Nero with their rewards offers. It's every Monday til december. Result :-)
Finally, I'm actually loving writing the blog, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors and all! 4 days into it, 3 posts and nearly 200 page views! Already accepted onto Adsense so may (but probably won't) make a few pennies too. I thought I'd have to wait months to get accepted so that was a nice suprise on day 4! Got plenty of ideas for posts but any ideas would be appreciated, the synopsis of the blog is money saving without too much effort!
Ps there's a link to my blog on post 207. Please take a look and if you subscribe by email they get emailed to you when I write one. It's just like magic!0 -
Give chrome a go on the ipad, i dont think it reloads pages every time you go on them.

I am away on a work trip for a few days and need to make a list of things to do when I get back.
Things I need to do......
1. Update sigs and colour in first square on my MFW house as regular repayment + regular OP came out yesterday.
2. Change DD on utilities to new Santander account once I get acc details through.
3. Set up SO to actually put money in Santander account!
4. Ring HSBC to check I'm on best available mortgage deal.
5. Chase scottish power re status of fit application.
6. Close my old Barclays savings account as it earns no interest. There's a few quid in there which will be moved to anywhere else!0
