Thanks again guys, I'm in for this week.

Had a lovely weekend in Norfolk with family and left DS and his GF home but for one the house does not look like we have been burgled.

They actually cooked for themselves rather than letting what was in the fridge go to waste and also did a couple of wash loads so I am very pleased with them. Now if only I could get them to iron......

I'm in again thank you Dusty

Morning all. Thanks for the list. I am in again. Up very early before the alarm this morning as LittleyDog was crying. There's something up with both dogs this morning, they've not touched their breakfasts yet and LittleDog hasn't even come to look at what I've got.

Anyway, yesterday's Xmas fayre was the worst one I've ever been to, nothing there except a tombola and raffle and tables for having tea and cake. None of the craft stalls they promised.

    My list for this morning:

    Get dressed
Put out all the stuff for charity and hope they take it all
    Clean downstairs loo
    Walk dogs
    Hoover downstairs
Take a look at kitchen list

Pinch and a punch and all that, I have an advent calendar for the first time in years, can't face chocolate yet though.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning all

DH snoring so I'm on the kitchen sofa with a cuppa, mogs fed, footie kit removed from maidens and back in the bag.

Looking forward to hearing all your elf stories (Bossy you kept it going so well last year).

    Mich welcome.

Going to make DS1&2's packups and wash up from last nigh (DH was going to do it but I said to leave it as he seems so tired atm). DS3 on inset today and I want to make sure all his homework is done and have a quick look in his books.

  • Morning everyone, thanks for lists.

Busy week this week and I have family coming to stay next weekend. I WILL NOT get stressed about this. They are coming to spend the weekend with us, not to check whether there are cobwebs in the corners or dust on the doorframes. Please keep reminding me of this as the week goes on!

The kitchen is not 100% finished but its liveable. I just need to help OH pack all of his tools and gubbins away and set things straight.

Woke up early so I have already done the ironing. Off to put curry in sc for tea then get ready for work. Have a good Monday everyone!
  • Good morning all. Thank you for the lists. I'm hoping to keep up this week.
The kitchen is half mopped after another doggy accident! It's really driving me mad no as there's no reason for it to be suddenly every night and it's soaked through the kitchen boards and the house stinks! So I think the floor will have to come up.

The living room needs a good sort so I can find somewhere for the Christmas tree to go. And I need to raid our room to find the elf as I completely forgot it was already December. He will have to arrive while the littlies are at school.

Right ds1 asking for his lunch and ds1 has no school shirts (she has 6 somewhere! ) so better go sort them as they leave in 20 minstrel.
