OMG! I am amazed, its only recently I actually got the hang of making it on an (almost) daily basis! Now people want me to leave it unmade!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Only two big facts are known for certain: you are on a large, spinning rock hurtling through lonely space at about 67,000 mph, and one day your body is going to die. Will a new pair of shoes really help?

goal for Christmas 12 7lb! :rotfl:0 -
I pull the duvet right back then leave it there until the bed's cold (We always sleep with the window open, even when it's frosty - I think OH is nuts but you get used to it!) How long I leave it like that depends on whether I oversleep or not too! I usually leave it for 1/2 hr to an hour.0

Most days I do, I also like the window open when possible at night aswell, only the noisey dogs in the neighbourhood stop this. One day I might be more organised...........

thanks nickiboop! I was starting to feel like I was the only person sleeping in a dust mite infested bed...

I get up at 6am-i'm too tired and don't have time to do this!
Windows are always on vent, and i give the duvet a good shake when i get back from work though. If i had more time in the morning-i'd def air the bed when i get up.

Yeah always pull the duvet back with the window open. If you pull it back as soon as you get up by the time you have had breakfast, wash, dressed etc it takes 2 mins to put it back tidy. I also hoover the beds weekly (thanks to lil_me reminding me on the flylady thread).0

I have always aired beds, I leave them usually for a couple of hours before I make them again, I turn the mattress at least 4 times a year, wash the undercover once a month and hoover the mattress whilst the cover is off. I also wash bed linen at 60o to kill off any nasties that might be hiding there.September grocery budget........trying for £80, not sure if I will make it though!!!!! I certainly did not last month, lost track of the final bill. Will do better this month honest.

I always leave my duvet pulled down to the end of the bed during the day and just pull it up when I go to bed.
Dunno if it's real or just my imagination, but I think it smells fresher when I don't forget to do that.

I fold the quilt back to the foot of the bed and leave it. That way I can admire my very old cotton sheets too!!
I also vacuum the mattress when I change the bed for washing and then spray with diluted tea tree oil, leave it while I put the bedding in the washer and tidy the bathroom. Then I make the bed. This is the only time the sheet is not on display.0 -
            Ive never thought about it!!!
I always open the window in my bedroom once im up and dressed, so think i will pull the duvet back now for an hour or two!!!0
