Well, I'm up to do some Work this morning.....Don't want to but needs must and all that....I have an easier day today although a pretty manic one tomorrow (but a good one as I'm going to a Christmas Party tomorrow Evening )....


I know I just have to try and stay positive....and I know I will get there if I just keeping on moving forwards....


Potting another £2 this morning....and there might be some more to Pot once I've done a bit of Shopping later on...xXx

Still Working....it's very slow this morning and normally I would have gone back to bed but I'm still here, still plugging away....Hopefully it will get busier and I can make what I want to make...

Take one day at a time Helen. When you get through one day, then you can concentrate on the next, and the next, etc. Think positive thoughts. I know it's hard but you can do it. Take time to rest as much as possible. Eat healthy food and take time to get a decent amount of sleep. Sleep helps to heal.

Potted some small change last night. Nothing to pot today but keeping eyes open
