    I've been Money Tipped!
Evening all, hope all are well. Pretty much a cloudy day here today, though at one stage I thought the sun was going to come out and play. Ended up late afternoon with a few spots of rain and it's still cloudy now. Typical British summer!!

Selene - they've had boiling water, caustic soda and ant powder. Many neighbours and even MIL has seen infestations!!

Potted 3 x £1 coins and that's my 4 x £30 week target met. £800 in the pot and back to "normal" potting for a few weeks................ at least.
Anything else collected over the weekend will go into a holding pot until next week. Hoping for steady £15'ish weeks from now on.

Have a great weekend, hope the weather picks up. Keep those eyes peeled for road-kill - not much going on at the minute!!

I am already a member of that group, what a small world we live in :rotfl: Haven't posted any of my makes yet, I need to pluck up the courage first :o And I didn't know you have to receive feedback before ebay let you receive the money  What happenes if someone doesn't leave feedback, do you not get your money?

I think i've only posted one make on there, now its all destash stuff lol

If your buyer doesn't leave feedback, paypal will hold your money for 90 days (she thinks as its been a loooooong time since she was an ebay newbie), once you have a 'selling record' (rolls eyes) of 25 sales (or £165 since first sale which is rubbish as you could just sell one high value item and get your money so hows that a selling record?!?) then your money is released immediately.

Made £5 for my dad off FB so not for my pot :( hopefully more pennies tomorrow

    Evening all

Glad you're staying with us Hickles ;)

Had a reasonable day here for a change, though it's now raining quite hard.

I potted my £7.00 for the week and threw some coppers in as well.

Hope you all have a super week-end

Went to the shop to buy chocolate  so suitably chastised myself by putting £2.50 in the pot :p

Also weighed my pot before popping to the shop and it came in at exactly 1.4kg... Slightly disappointing, as it feels heavier than that, but on the positive side, that's actually not too bad for a pot that's only had money regularly put in for about 3 months (the other 2 months were when I wasn't well and not potting) :D

I'm actually considering banking my pot as it feels about half full at the moment and I'll be potting more often when I go back to work, so I doubt it'll survive until November... but I can't find my building society book  I remember hiding it in a safe place so I wouldn't be tempted to rob my savings but now I can't remember where I put it :rotfl:

Hi all! Haven't been here in a very long time but I just wanted to thank this challenge for helping me save my coppers. I've opened my jar as I'm getting married soon and needed the, coppers to pay their way! €120 on the way for the photo booth which I am delighted about!!!

Any more money I have between now and opening day will be towards Christmas! So nice to know I'll have a few coppers towards some presents! :D

Had a sudden mad urge to craft today so got my crochet box out and started a blanket for DD's dolls buggy. Definitely had enough of granny squares the last time so went on to Utube and am following a new pattern, only got 4 rows in before the urge left me :rotfl: might have it finished by christmas . . its only 55 stitches across aswell :rotfl:

Had a look through the feedback of some of my buyers and realised that a few of them hadn't left any for months and months for previous purchases so just assumed I wouldn't get any and have potted the money :D Sooooooooooo 14 x £2 coins in the £2 coin tin! am determined to fill a second tin this year :D

£15 potted for me on Friday - money left in my purse on pay day :)

OH and I have been extending our patio this weekend, it seemed like a good idea to do it ourselves to save some money, so having roped in my parents to help us and after watching lots of diy videos online, we ordered all the stuff to do it and off we went - now we have nearly run out of slabs and there is still a 1/4 of the patio to lay . But I'm sure it will look fab when we get it finished next month :)

Off to a BBQ later as it's OH's birthday today - thought I best let him have a day off laying the patio :D
