    I've been Money Tipped!
Evening all, hope all are well.

I'm having a pretty frugal month on groceries, just getting what I need along with any reduced bargains.Trying not to buy bargains for the freezers as they need emptying a little.
The money saved on groceries will help me with money for the pot.

Picked up a few reduced items at Sainsbury's today when taking something back for a refund.
Out of the s/scan tills popped 2 x £2 coins in the change - potted.
Just £10 more needed this week.

The weather has been "all over the place" here today and we'll decide tomorrow morning whether to have that trip out along the coast - fingers crossed.

Keep potting, we're into the last 4 months.

54p potted today. It's really cold here so I have turned the heating back on.

The weather has been crazy. I watched the weather reports last night and they were advising of possible frosts in isolated places!!

The weather is actually nice here today, not as warm as it has been, but nice.
So, off on our "little trip" at 9.30am and should have something to pot later after a few drinks and a meal.

Catch up later - take care all.

Well I managed to Pot some money yesterday....I think it was £1.65 if I remember rightly....so I'm pleased with that... :D

Today I'm doing some more Food Shopping as I tend to shop only for a day or two at a time in this Weather....since I never know what I'm going to want....But it means that hopefully I will have something to Pot when I get home this Afternoon.... :)

14p in the pot this morning. I'm really pleased with my progress this year (progress being the weight of the pot increasing at a nice speed;)).

I have the fan on at work again today. I think a jumper was not a good idea this morning. In my defence though, I was cold yesterday in my top and cardigan. How was I to know it was going to be nice today? Scottish weather, there is no predicting it.

    *RANT ALERT*

I had an Appointment at the Hospital today...re the Operation I had in January...this was the follow-up Appointment. I got there and asked if they were running on time, and they said no, about 40 minutes late....75 minutes later I went in, was asked if all was good and then Discharged....all within about 3 minutes!!

Now I don't mind if I'm in A+E and we have to wait because you know there are Emergencies coming in all the time and someone's life might need saving, but why oh why can't they be on time for a Clinic!!!! :(

    Anyway....*AND BREATHE*.... Rant Over!! :D

On the bright side....I HAVE been discharged now so hopefully that's the end of that....AND I had the chance to Chat to a lovely Lady in the Waiting Room...AND I'm now going to Pot a grand £1.50....so I'm fairly happy really :D:D:D

    Evening all, early evening.

Lovely day here now, the sun came this afternoon and perfect now.
Nice day out, visited many coastal villiages and towns and found a couple of nice bakeries. So, that's tonight (and tomorrow) sorted.

Helen - nice to hear you've been discharged and if it wasn't for the wait, you'd have missed that nice chat. ;)

On the potting side of things, I potted a £2 coin and 3 x £1 coins = £5. £5 more needed for the week.
I forgot to weigh my pot and I'll do it at the weekend - if I remember!! Surprised at how much space is left as it only held approx £660 when I saved 20p's and 50p's along with £1 and £2 coins. Should get approx £800 in my pot before I need another one.
