Morning everone! I hope you've all had a great week, if not then I hope you have a really lovely weekend.
Take care please, everyone, and love and {{{hugs}}} to all those who are poorly or who aren't on top of their game right now, I hope it won't be long before you are.
£7.50 is great saving, Miami, keep going as well as you're able and keep those spirits high! :j
I don't miss much, Emily, and I'm so happy to see you still saving.
Well done, Chutney! You'll soon be pickle free come November! :rotfl: I know...I just can't help myself.crimson.addict wrote:I DID IT!!! FINALLY OVER THE 1K MARK £1000.11 SAVED!!
So happy, I never actually thought I'd reach this amount especially before finishing off paying my CC. I have though and I'm so proud of myself!! Roll on the next £100
Excellent saving, Ruth and congratulations on reaching that £1000!!!!!!! :T There you go you see, you've made yourself so proud and so you should, brilliant work!!
Ah there you are, jakes-mum, well done with the start of another pot. Oooh isn't it awful when littl'uns go away for that first time, good to hear she's safely home now.
Go, go, go 32b3!!!!! :j I hope you made it and are going well.DeafLeopard wrote:So I put £57.20 in my bank online & £1 in my new moustache money box.
I do have more change but it's all jumbled in one tin so I'm going to organize
Them in all different tins. Easier for me to keep track!
Will update later with the full total!
Fantastic saving, DeafLeopard, you're really doing so well!! :T
NO - it is NOT November, Hicksy,
so keep right on saving til it is!!!Lynsey wrote:Sue - yes, at times, "Life was never meant to be easy". But, it would be nice if life was more "equal". We're all here on this earth together (or should be together), and for a relatively short time. Damn shame it's not more equal!!
Sorry about my moan!! Wishes though whatever route is taken.
Thanks Lynsey, it's hard at times, but life for sooooo many is a whole lot worse!
I know exactly how you feel though and have been there a lot lately, but it just won't help us so I'm pushing forward and hoping and praying my lass takes one route - soon - before things get too much worse. Trouble is I can see her point as with each treatment there is something nasty - or worse!! You're not moaning, Lynsey, just telling it the way you see it for many, but we'll get there. Meanwhile bless you for caring. :kisses3:Have a really lovely WEEKEND, Potters! Keep filling those pots! :j

Hi all, I put some cash in my pot from local sales of household stuff I'm selling off prior to downsizing. Decided there were getting to be a few notes in there and I wouldn't just leave that amount kicking round the house building up to November but will open the pot only, I stress only (!) To put the cash in my ISA account. I'm saving to take my kids away for a big birthday I'm having soon. I paid in £105 from the pot. Lovely. At least one of my children has put a coin in for a thanks for a lift gesture. This idea of mine to encourage them to put a coin in the pot for a mums taxi ride may catch on!Total debt at 18.9.17 £1950
