£1 potted as it was in my pocket. How it survived in there and why it was there, we'll never know. However, it's now amongst friends within the pot. :D

I am using only spare £1 or £2 coins for the tub, as they kiddies have their own shoe box they like to keep all the smash in....

Evening all, plenty of rain dropped here in the North East today!! Garden looks nice though. lol

Skintandscared - an old ice cream tub does the trick and is not to be laughed at. :rotfl:
I've said before, but I use an old whisky bottle container - one of those cardboard tubes thingies. Works a treat and doesn't mind putting on weight!!

    2 x £2 coins potted and that's 5 for the week ............................ so far. I love them, just wish they'd make a £3 coin!! :D

potted £8 from work today, will be replaced once I get paid at midnight...

Think I should stop potting £1 now, and go seek out the £2, they seem to be in short supply I wonder why???

DH handed me a fist full of shrapnel for the tin today after buying my card (left it too the last minute.com) and I'm now in a dilemma as he also stuck the 2 x £2 coins he had in the change in my card as a 'present' so it should go in my savings, but all £2 coins that enter the house have to go in the £2 coin tin! . . But they are MINE, so I should keep them! . . . But . . . But . .
