Hey Scotmum....I'm so sorry to hear your news but so glad that you are both staying Positive....it's amazing what the power of positive thinking can do....and the Doctors haven't told you much yet....hopefully it will be quickly fixable....I just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you xXx
The last couple of days have been terrible pain-wise....but I'm still maintaining a positive attitude...which is good!!
Potted a whopping £6.35 today....I'm REALLY happy with that!! xXx

scotmumof3, just to let you know I am thinking of you - hopefully once you know exactly what is going on it will open treatment strategies to fight this thing. As the others have said, it is important to stay positive, even though that is often easier said than done!
Lynsey - yes, it was quiet, and we did get a lot of walking done - indeed, yes, we did walk along the wooden walkways!
SueUU thank you so much for my lovely star - I have added it to my collection. I am thinking of decluttering later but obviously can keep my star collection as it brings me joy!!
I have added another couple of £'s to the tin tonight. It still seems so empty.....I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0 -

Thanks so much sue we have to wait for the results of the biopsy but the surgeon thinks it may be stage 1 larynx cancer. We are a bit shell shocked to say the least. He is only 49 and apart from asthma is really healthy. Never mind we are staying positive and hopefully the results will be in quickly and we can move on from there. Thanks for thinking of us
On a more positive note £1.01 potted for me today
Sorry to hear this scotsmumof3. As you say, stay positive and only worry if you know you have something to worry about. Easier said than done, I know.

£19.29 potted today. Should stop spending money! Doesn't really help that I get paid in cash, as im sure if it went into my bank that I wouldn't have so much change lol
Good night at the cinema and nandos! Also opened up a Barclays bank account (normally bank with Lloyds) got the card today in the post so will be using that account to put my pot money into and give BF the card so I don't have daily access to it, as then there will be NO POT MONEY LEFT, I know what I'm like...
Off to bed now, two more days at work then got the weekend off (don't normally get weekends off) cannot wait, hope you've all had a successful day potting! Lizzie xSPC 8 #106

Not had much time to post lately, as life and work have been busy over the last week, and I have been spending lots as both cars needed mots, services and repairs

OH and I have also had a long weekend away visiting my family, which was really nice, and managed to come back with about £10 in change which I have potted.
