No film Sue - just generally enjoying life, decluttering like mad and looking forward to my hols on the 9th March. Doesn't take much as I'm a simply soul :rotfl:


Potted my weekly £7 today and am thinking I will have to have a count up and bank before I go away as don't really want to leave money in the house - I'll see :think:

Yesterday was a much better day....which is good, I needed a good day to remind me that it's not always bad....


I managed to Pot some change yesterday, I think it was about 95p....I've got another £5 to Pot today but I want to wait until I can get a £5 Note....I like putting Notes in my Pot So I'll hopefully declare that later on

A lovely little 61p potted today, first for a few days. I am averaging around £1 per week I think, so I need to up the ante a little, will have a little think on how to do this without spending any extra money, whatever I have at the end I will be happy with but would like to be nearer the £100 than the £50.

I would like to join, thanks. I'm a new member of MSE forum. I haven't got a saving goal as such but just wanted to start the saving habit again. Any money I save at the end of the year I will add to a saving account I have recently set up.

I have a sealed tin ready. Hope I'm not too late to join.

Sue UU I like the idea of drawing in out some money, think I will start with a fiver(not too big an amount to feel it gone) and then at least I have potted half my target each month before I even pot my loose change so thankyou for the suggestion. Xxx

We've just had a crazy hailstorm shower!!

Potted 2 x £2 coins from Morries s/scan till.

I've had such a frugal Feb, if I don't spend much next week, I'm going to add an extra £10 - once changed.
