Hello and welcome to the fun torialouise. Sounds like a good sum to aim for. Have a look at the post on page one to get a feel of what its all about and our leader the fabulous SueUU will be along in a little while to allocate you a number and give you an official welcome. Have fun and "see" you soon.

Good morning dear Sue and chums,
Sorry to have been AWOL for such a long time but life has been getting in the way and I've had the dreaded coughing bug since just after Christmas. I'm beginning to feel human again at last.
Dear FiL always seems to pay me for shopping bits in small change so I have paid it all in at the bank instead of filling my pot up at this early stage so...£14...banked. I'll add it to my siggy. I have probably missed all the news on here so big <<HUGS>> to anyone in need and Congratulations to anyone who has found or won money! I can't seem to post smilies at the mo so my post looks very dull
Stay warm everyone x

Sold another couple of bits today, will pot the money when I get it!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Hi Ruth, surely you must have actual proof (bank receipts) of all payments made on your loan, i.e. cheque stubs or your on-line account payments. Sadly, a spreadsheet doesn't really mean much as that's your only your personal tracking and won't mean anything to the bank. Please let us know how you get on with it all as it does seem odd.
Very well done to you and your Dad on your lottery win! :T
Sue, apparently it was just that the system was not up to date with itself. I have checked today and i still owe 26p more than i thought i did but i can live with that, at least it isn't hundreds!!
I have some money to pot but i need to make sure all the money from January is in there so i can check my totals before starting February. I have the pots that count the money as it goes in so i'm not opening my pots don't worrySealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4

Another NSD here so no potting again I'm afraid.
Hope you all have a fantastic Friday

Evening all.
torialouise - welcome and good luck with that target. Hopefully Xmas will be "free" or vastly reduced.
little_sweetie - glad you are better. Loads have had similar issues this year and last year of course. It seems to take a while to shake off!!
Potted 6 x £1 coins today after another cheap meal out.
Sizzling pubs have a "blue cross" sale on and some decent meals for only £2.99. I had 7 oz gammon, egg, chips and peas and it was a decent sized meal.
If you sign up with your local Sizzling pub, you can get a £5 e-voucher - £5 off a £10 food spend. They send you feedback surveys (quick and easy) and you get more £5 e-vouchers!! Not worth cooking!!
And a very large lime and soda was only 80p. lol
Worth a look, but their 2 for £6.50 meals are a bargain anyway.

I received 5 x £1 vouchers from B1rdseye today after sending an email of complaint on Tuesday. Brilliant! Unfortunately, I won't be potting the fiver as I've given the vouchers to my DD. She finishes her part time job tomorrow and starts full time on the 16th Feb.
Banking £60 tomorrow.
