Hiya everyone
I can see some super potting going on around the country.
By golly - it is brassic up here this weekend. The sort of cold where you feel it's biting your face off :rotfl: I'm usually on my winter hols this time of the year but had to change things around a bit this year BRRRRR !!
Went shopping - quite a few different shops - and thought I would pot all the change in my purse under £1 coin as there was quite a lot. So - money in one hand and pot in the other to take through to kitchen to count and add - my phone in my pocket started to ring so I answered it. Had an interesting conversation with a friend and arranged a meet. Put phone back in pocket - then realised I had just slung all the change in the pot without counting it - hahahahaha
Hope you all have a marvellous Monday

Morning Everyone....
Well I'm feeling rubbish physically today...but I AM in good spirits and feeling absolutely fine emotionally...and that's half the battle...so I'm feeling good about that...
By the end of today I "should" have a Date for my small Operation....hopefully it will be within the next couple of Weeks....so we shall see what they offer me.
I am Potting a £10 note this morning....had some left after the Weekend's Shopping...so that feels WONDERFUL....Might be able to Pot a little more tonight but it shouldn't be a huge amount...
I'm definitely on track to make about £500 by Christmas...I haven't set it as an official Target but that's my aim in my head....if I do that then Christmas is DEFINITELY going to be "free" this Year
*Hugs* to those that need them....and Welcome to any Newbies....you're gonna LOVE it here with us
See you all later on xXx0 -
Morning all
Nothing over the weekend as we didn't really go anywhere to get any change but found 47p this morning next to my pot which I must've forgotten about. Love and hugs to those that need it xx
Happy Monday

Hi all, hope everyone's well?
DreamerHelen hang on in there girl
I've been dropping change into my pot, I don't count it, I like the surprise in November.
Yesterday I saved £8! - used a £5 off £50 voucher in Pets at Home and have enough cat food and litter for a month now (3 cats). Also I made a vat of soup for our lunches at work, and splashed out on 2 soup cups so I can bung a portion in the cup from the freezer and bung it in the microwave at lunchtime. The cups were reduced from £6 each to £4.50, they scanned through the till at the original price  but when I pointed it out she took the £3 off. I think OH was embarrassed 'cos he wandered off at that point :rotfl:
SO should I pot that £8?

I would definitely pot the £5 off but only pot the extra £3 if I would have bought the cups at the original price.
