    You've never worked in retail have you. These people actually exist.

    My worst ever was a customer when the cashier pressed the wrong button and had to work out the change in her head said the hesitation was because she was going to steal it because she was black. It was no joke and he spent quarter of an hour in the shop demanding I phone the police.

    Oh I know they do - but I can tell when someone can write and speak perfectly good English - and is pretending not to be able to, for a laugh. :rotfl:
