I went for medium risk. I could go for higher because I'm young and will have longer to wait for it to perform but could switch to something more suiting when I have learned more about S&S isas.
I am very impressed you are into stocks and shares investing at 22 Bunting. It has taken me to the ripe old age of 55 before I got up the nerve to start investing in stock markets.Have you been doing lots of research and do you mind me asking which fund you went for?

. Good idea on the AVC. How far away from retirement are you?
2 years (till 60) ES, but I will probably stay on for an extra 18 months or 2 years to get a bit more savings and marginally better pension deal. I won't get my state pension till 66, but no way am I hanging on till then!
I just got in before the changes to the AVCs, so should be able to take it all as a tax free lump sum. Then I will have the investment dilemma all over again about where to put it!(assuming I don't lose it all in a crash  )

Currently at £267 for March, waiting for Tesco interest tomorrow of around £14.
Then if I can juggle some figures, I'm looking to find a further £250, (I've got around £100 sat in my Paypal after a good go at eBay the past few weeks) which will mean a grand total of £1000 saved for the first quarter of 20150 -
Just realised I have a Halifax regular saver due to mature, it was only a small funded account of £25 per month, so not due much, but I won't be adding to my pot until the interest is in, as I like round figures haha!0

It was SL with my pension and went for medium risk. Yeah it's a ready made portfolio thing. I'm not very knowledgable on it so this is just a tester before I start putting major money into it.Goal is to Retire before I'm 40 (currently 30yo)0 -

I should definitely be able to make my £1k for the first quarter after juggling my figures. I should be getting my annual bonus next month, so I'm hopeful I can save £1k of that too.0

Declaring £1393.55 for February - although it's my 'worst' monthly total for a couple of years, it's a couple of hundred quid higher than I expected at the start of the month thanks to some ebay, cashback, and rummaging behind the sofa, so quite happy with that.
Somewhat embarrassingly I forgot that I setup a £400 regular saver in January, and so that's missing from both my Jan and Feb figures
Updated figures are £2163.32 for Jan and £1793.55 for Feb, which now isn't my 'worst' month at allwill update via the form shortly
