Sorry I've been awol! As expected my car failed its mot and was eyewateringly expensive to get it through.
However on a positive note, I have received a pension pot payout of £4964.58 which I've popped into my isa. As this means I've reached my target, I've increased it to £11k.
I've also set up a regular s&s isa now so will start including this towards my target too.
We've also made the decision to cancel our summer holiday this year in favour of saving the money as we really want to buy a house.
I'm still trying to save a bit more this month but as it is school holidays coming up, it's going to be tough!
I'm trying to keep focused though
Hope the pregnancy is going well SF- not long to go now? Xx:money:0 -
Can everyone open the spreadsheet link okay? It looks a little different...Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

No, when I try to follow the web link I'm getting an error message... "the spreadsheet at this URL could not be found".
...but if I look in my Google Sheets app on my tablet, I can see it fine.
Maybe the link on the forum needs updating?Save 12k in 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020-2021-2022 - then early-retired.0 -

June update now sent in, another boring £600.
HOPEFULLY, all big expenses gone, holiday done and dusted, had saved £4K for this separately so will all be cleared when CC bills land.
With a bit of luck, July will be better, need to up the £600 per month to £1400 per month for the next 6 months to get to target.
Might be a struggle as I will have to do further salary sacrifice soon to get me to a point where the savings are only taxed at 20%0 -
I've changed the link to the spreadsheet in the first post, can someone see if that works okay?Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hi
Just advised slowly fading that sadly the collapse of Wales agricultural commodity prices means I will be required to draw from any available savings to keep our farm. My priorities have dramatically changed.
Thank you for all the encouragement and support. I will be back in a few years when things I hope improve.
Thank you once again.0
