Hi everyone
June spending figures look quite frugal, although we've just back from a long weekend visiting relatives in Switzerland (credit card bill next month will tell the full story!). Also got some big car bills coming up in July, ugh. Anyway for June will declare a healthy £2012.79
Happy saving everyone.Save 12k in 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020-2021-2022 - then early-retired.0 -
Not as good as my flukey last month, but have managed £1,439.60 and really happy with that. Next month all my car things are due, so it will likely be much less.
At the halfway point: £9,823.34/£12,000: 81.86%!
Well done everyone!0 -
hi all, am declaring £904.21 for June, taking my total to £10,321.21, meaning I have achieved my goal for the year!! :beer:0
-
PS I should really raise my goal for the year, I guess, since it's only June, but for today I'm just going to bask and feel happy.0

Happy July everyone :T
Started the month as I mean to go on by updating my budget and moving over spare money, plus my Save The Change money over to my savings account, so have kicked off with £87.31 for July.
I have taken on some extra freelance work last month, so when I get paid from that I will put it straight into savings as its an 'extra'. I am excited that I have gone from red to orange on the spreadsheet, but still have some ground to cover to be back on track with my target.£2 savers club #33

In June, I saved £1,002.22. Wahey!
In July, I plan to save £1,070.68, but this usually goes down as other budgets are blown!
Kids off for three weeks on 28th July, so August may be better as I won't have to feed them!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -
I managed to save £68 last month!
I know they might seem small amounts but am doing this slowly but surely to get the saving account looking healthier after moving into our first place. (used to be able to save much more when there was not so many bills)Ask.. Believe.. Receive..
