Been a very busy day.
The hamper looked great! Took it to the church bizarre with some wine and other bits. It ended up being one of the star prizes on the raffle so that made me feel good! Stayed for the bizarre and he,per to clear away at the end.
Popped to the shop to pick up a Xmas pressies I saw the other day. Home for a quick lunch and then out to a soft play centre with my two plus my cousins little girl. Dropped her off and got asked in for a cuppa- it was nice to catch up.
Got home and got on with the dinner.
So all I have done today is
Wudupa
Cleared the kitchen
Got all Xmas stuff out of the loft.
Tonight I want to put some washing in and wrap some pressies!Grocery challenge-

 LW to your rat.
(((Hugs))) Deco, it sounds like your dad does not want to lose touch with you.
Sorry you didn't get away mummyroys .
I've done hardly any flying this week. This morning we had to go to Lichfield for a meeting but got taken out for lunch afterwards. This afternoon (at DH's suggestion) we went to a stately home all decorated for the festive season (lovely) and a pay-to-enter Christmas fair (rubbish). I dropped DH off at a station to get a train home because he is chesty and tired, and now I am in Stoke, over an hours drive from home, for a getTogether with some German friends. Have just had a jacket potato in S@1nsbugs cafe to keep me going!0 -
DD is still awake  should've known... She is in her own bed though. I had a half-hearted tidy downstairs but will do more in morning.
I've also wrapped DS stocking fillers so that's a start. I'm not a fan of wrapping and writing cards these days so I thought I'd break it down and do a little at a time.
Then I tidied spare room and remade the bed. Pile of books and other carp on windowsill have been squeezed into cupboardand I have a duvet bag to go in loft. Looks much nicer.
And that's me done for tonight. Leaf picking in morning then to inlaws for lunch. I haven't been to theirs for ages! Thought it was time I saved them a drive as they traipse back and forth to ours twice a week at least...
Kiddies had a bit of a craft hour and made some *cof* interesting Christmas cards :rotfl: bless 'em. DD didn't like her Oreo cookie pop but they did work out ok so we will make more. I will need heaps more chocolate though... 3 squares per lolly just about  but I'm using the cheap 30p a bar onesBossymoo

My dad turned up this morning. First time I've seen him since the shut the door on him. He said either we cut off all contact or we draw a line and he never mentions his wedding/anniversary again. I'm not sure what to do. I feel that he doesn't understand how he upsets me and how much he hurt me. Maybe he's not capable?
It is only you that can decide if you wish to go forward but he is obviously trying his (albeit limited) best. ((Hugs))
Had one of those days round the shops to get lots of 'bits', necessary stuff that is running low or run out.
I have been given a free sample of Aston*sh liquid wash and another of the same make cream. Has anyone used these and are they ok ??
House generally tidy though not spotless after last week so may do a freezer sort and inventory tomorrow ready for December. Might even defrost them both if I can summon the drive :rotfl:
Just watched Noah dvd and having a little tipple. Off to bye-byes shortly.
Hope you all have a lovely Sunday and 'see' you back on the flying next week

Morning all
Poor night's sleep so up early. WM on with half the uni football team kit in. Pile of magazines sorted. Moving on to more paperwork next.
Plan for today is more gardening, garage, paperwork - good progress yesterday so aim to continue today.
Have a good one flyladies, last day of Novemeber is slightly disturbing as not much at all done for Christmas.
Lynne, Astonish is one of the few cleaning products I use and am very happy with it.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning everyone.
Not much done yesterday as I was out all day at a book festival. Bought one of my favourite authors new books. That was me sorted for when I got home.
DD and I are going to her ex in laws for Xmas day. Have asked DD to find out today what I need to take food wise. First year we have not been at DDs for Xmas. I'm a bit sad about that. We are also there Boxing Day to see DGDs open their presents.
Will have a quick whizz round this morning and see what needs doing. Need to put a load of washing in.
Off back into town later to the book festival again to see Val McDermid. That should be interesting.
Hugs, spoons and positive vibes where needed.0 -
We're off to see Diversity tonight :dance:Traveling up about lunch time so we can book in the travelodge and get some food. Still really worried about it but the girls seem to think I'll do fine
Hope DD2's friend is ok, they came home early from roller skating last night as the girl didn't feel well. She was then promptly sick all over the bathroom poor love. She was so sorry but assured me it was only cos AF had arrived. If that happens every month I'd have her to the doctors! I am actually worried I've poisoned her with the fake kfc they had before they went out but DD2 and I are fine.
I need to have a quick tidy round before I pack the car as my mum is coming to feed the pets (minus the chameleon who she won't go need :rotfl: ) and obviously the house needs to be tidy for burglars
We're back tomorrow so I might see you guys then if not tuesday :hello:0 -
