Holiday in Hong kong

Hiya all Thinking of going on a holiday to HK in Feb 18th to 22nd as i have holidays. Dont know were to check cheap flight and hotels? Any advice plz?

Even there prices have shot up. Was in Chungking hiding from Christmas last December and the whole place was basically full.
